We booked this house in advance to host our wedding reception in. The company taking care of this property did not let us inspect the property or let us know the address of it, claiming its okay for us to find out on the day of arrival (day before our wedding) and let our guests and vendors know the address then. I have also asked multiple times about early check in and a late check out so we have more time to set everything up and pack it down and got asked to contact them 2 weeks before our stay, 1 week before and the day before, each time saying they cannot give us an answer. As to late check out, they finally said to contact them on the morning of our check out and they may or may not be able to accommodate us. When we arrived at the property, the stairs leading to the upstairs terrace were full of cobwebs, the whole outside terrace was dirty, inside the house was dirty under sofas if moved, we needed to go back home to Gosford, get a vacuum cleaner and clean the place ourselves which added hours to set up as the hosts informed there was no vacuum cleaner on the premises. The back carport and back pool area were full of weeds and stuff laying around. There were wet towels in the laundry washing machine. To make things worse, there is a very angry wasp nest in a bush right next to the main staircase and everyone got attacked by them and bittenbadly
