Very nice and beautiful but the food really drags it down.

Very beautiful, staff is very nice, even upgraded our room.

The food is not good, barely any seasoning, not lots of variety, desserts are all bad.

las piscinas a la comida los bares el mejor bufete caleidoscopiol ..Manuel del lobbi adultos only. todos el personal bufete caleidoscopio en bares Ruth Maria todo en general excelente servicio de animación niki animacion.. todo el personal en general..la muchacha de servicio ala habitación volvería para mi próxima vacaciones.

los restantes ala carta el tierra y el caribeño no me gustaron

La bienvenida

Estaba en viaje de pareja, solos, luego, llegó un grupo de 700 Dominicanos el primer día de nuestra llegada, el Hotel de inmediato suspendió el expendio de champaña, cerveza, agua con gas, dijeron que no había. Las almohadas olían a moho, la cama estaba en mal estado, la madera estaba floja y sonaba con el menor movimiento, la piscina solo adultos, estaba turbia y con mucha arena. La Playa con mucho Zargazo. El aspecto culinario, casi siempre lo mismo todos los dias.

En realidad me encantó el Hotel los Kid club mis niños lo amaron y tienen uno para cada edad adolescente y niños , la Comida en realidad estaba muy buena y me gustó mucho los parques acuático

Que siempre limpiaban la habitación y reponían las bebidas, además todos los alimentos del buffet Window eran muy variado.

The place is food and have a beach, a lot of restaurants

We got intoxicated with the food in the hotel, the stuff didn’t help, they send us to the doctor and that office was always empty. The food is the same everyday in the restaurants. The same menu, nothing different. Need variety. Not clean, there was a cockroach I killed in the bathroom on Thursday night and on Monday morning it was still there. The cleaning people just tidy up the bed and nothing else. Shop gift, a fraud. They sold bad quality products and don’t respond for that to the customer.

Estadía HERMOSA lugar muy recomendable

No puedo decir nada malo!! La pasamos excelente. El personal es un MIL te hacen sentir como reyes. El complejo es hermoso tiene muchísimos espacios distintos y restaurantes / bares. No te aburrís nunca!! Varias piscinas y el sector de playa es un sueño!! Teníamos la categoría Sun club les recomiendo que la compren xq vale la pena (tenes acceso a más lugares)

Algunos detalles mínimos en el restaurante Bluewater grill y en Sunnyside que tardaron bastante en atendernos pero se entiende que recién reabrieron y se están organizando.

Relax&Relaxation

I loved the staff they were very observant of our needs. Amd the bed was so comfortable I got the rest that i needed daily

The rooms were a little outdated and the people above us were walking like they were stampeding every morning and evening. I thought it was non smoking but people in room above had the smell.of.smoke coming through my vent daily. Also there were no dressers to put our clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase

Nos vamos con Pena y con ganas de Regresar

Regresar 8 años seguidos creo que ya lo dice todo, ver a los amigos y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Dar siempre gracias a todo el personal, no puedo acordarme de todos los nombres pero son todos excepcionales. Carlos, Anderson, Raquel, Rosa Nely, Dyane.... Chefs Ramon . Lorenzo, Andrés, Pedro, Ruth, Raquel,Santos,Chino Peña,Edgar.. Elvyn y Juan , Colasa Equipo animación Antonio Mendoza Y en especial a SR. WILKIN PACHE, agradecer siempre tu profesionalidad y la gran persona que eres, como siempre digo THE BEST ONE. Un millón de gracias por estar siempre pendiente y al cuidado de todos los detalles con los clientes.

Los cambios de la nueva generencia en el tema de quitar reserva de los restaurantes temáticos . Y retirada de pulseras del Only Adults , a mi parecer tendrían que volver al sistema de antes.

Publicidad engañosa, instalaciones en malas condiciones, personal poco profesional

Algunos del personal fueron muy amables

Reserve una habitación Family suit y cuando llegue resulta que no tenían esas habitaciones disponibles porque aún no estaban remodeladas, sin embargo me la cobraron. Nos dieron dos habitaciones para” solucionar el problema”, pero estas estaban sin terminar, sin limpiar, no tenían ni todos sus muebles instalados, una entregada a las 5pm y otra a las 7pm, en un tercer piso y sin ascensor teniendo niños y un bebé. Al día siguiente después de volver a hablar con el personal, nos dieron la razón y los cambiaron a dos habitaciones en mejores condiciones, pero con problemas en el aire acondicionado. La limpieza era deficiente, había que decirle al personal que llegara a limpiar o cambiar toallas. Nunca repusieron bebidas solo el agua Iba a celebrar los cumpleaños de mis hijas, avisé con una semana de anterioridad y cuando llegamos no habían coordinado nada, me ofrecieron una cortesía en el restaurante y al llegar no habían organizado nada. Hay pésima comunicación y coordinación de los servicios del hotel. Había mal olor en las instalaciones Algunos del personal eran muy amables, sin embargo otros eran muy mal educados, te dejaban hablando solo o ignoraban las llamadas en los restaurantes. Creo que el hotel es costoso para los pésimos servicios que dan, no es nada premiun como lo venden, ni las bebidas que dan. Al final nos enfermamos de vómito y diarrea 3 del grupo y otros huéspedes, al parecer hay algún problema con las comidas o el agua. Ha sido muy decepcionante y siento que tire a la basura el dinero

They have to update the bedroom and cleanliness of it. Like the entertainment and location.

I liked the facilities.

I didn't like the bathroom. It hardly has water and didn't have hot water. There were no draws to put your clothes. The hardly clean the bedroom. There were days that no body came to clean the room. I have to call for toilet paper.

SunClub adults only, pool access is the best!

This place is amazing! If I was selfish I wouldn't write this review because I know that the more people visit the prices are going to go sky high! 😁 This place is really good for all ages. SO MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS. No exaggeration, by the time you walk out your room between 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes away from each other. The staff is amazing. I didn't go around collecting names because everyone is equally so friendly...but thank you Johnfreisy and others from Mr. & Mrs. Paul, the couple who you all thought were from France because of our last name. We stayed in the amazing SunClub, adults only with pool access where the rooms were updated!

I know you all just opened but I paid extra for the pool access, 1st floor while others on the other floors paid for the pool view. You all sure made sure that those sun beds in front of each room goes to us by giving wristbands. Some people would come from other areas and rooms, one couple slept out their. So the beds would be claimed with their towel by 7:00 a.m. My husband almost got into a fight because we went in to change into our bathing suits and a group of 4 men with 2 women put their belongings on top of our things and kept cursing and yelling at me saying YOU AMERICANS don't own anything. Well the end of the story, THEY MOVED THEIR STUFF

Muy buena opción relación precio-calidad

- Piscina amplia, limpia y siempre con servicio de bebidas. - Playa limpia y con lugar disponible siempre. - Restaurantes con buena calidad y servicio. - Tragos super buenos. - Personal amable en todas las áreas.

- Deben mejorar el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, en 5 días solo lo hicieron 2 y porque estuve llamando para insistir, no hay sentido en un hotel que tenía menos del 50% de ocupación. - Mejor control de personas no hospedadas en el área Sun Club.
