Location was great and the beach was very nice. Rooms were big and comfy.
The all inclusive part comes with a lot of fine print details.
1. Food is not available 24/7, not even if you want to buy it. I’m not talking about a 3AM burger, I’m talking that ALL restaurants are closed at some point during the day, for example between 11 and 12:30-1PM for example.
2. Free access food venues, there are only 2 buffets that you can walk in, for the rest of the restaurants you need to make a reservation which is weirdly difficult to make. You cannot just ask the staff they won’t make it for you. For our four day stay, we could only manage for 2 dinners. No lunch.
3. Liquor, the premium has mid-shelf spirits. Cocktails were disappointing.
4. Lastly, WiFi did not work properly, we could not watch Netflix, and have a stable connection throughout the vacay.

O quarto é enorme, bonito e confortável, colchão bom também. Limpam todo dia.
O banheiro é muito bom também com duas pias, dois chuveiros e vaso sanitário separado por porta.
Vale a pena os quartos Premium do hotel porque tem uma piscina privativa, uma área da praia privativa e bares exclusivos com qualidade de bebidas top.
A parte externa dos jardins do hotel são bonitos e muito bem cuidados.
A praia em frente o hotel é muito bonita com águas cristalinas e morna.
O que poderia melhorar é a comida. Não é ruim, tem variedade mas é muito repetitiva e sem tempero.
Um ponto negativo é que o restaurante tipo buffet do hotel é compartilhado com os hóspedes não Premium, então na hora das refeições forma uma fila enorme para entrar no restaurante.
Os restaurantes com reserva são difíceis de conseguir lugar e os que nós fomos não tem muita opção de pratos e servem tudo com pressa.
Funcionários tem os muito simpáticos e aqueles mal humorados, faz parte.

Experiência tenebrosa, assim que cheguei ao hotel, após um voo cansativo, pensando que iria descansar, fui mal tratado. A recepcionista exigiu que eu apresentasse o cartão de crédito utilizado pra pagar a reserva(que foi paga antecipadamente). Como usei um cartão virtual, ela exigiu que eu exibisse minha fatura do cartão de crédito, como se eu fosse algum tipo de bandido. Após o estresse inicial, nos levaram para nosso quarto(que era do outro lado da parte premium), chegamos no quarto que estava pago pra 3 pessoas e ele estava preparado para duas pessoas. Pelo telefone não me atenderam e precise voltar caminhando 600 metros debaixo de chuva até a recepção para que arrumassem nosso quarto para 3 pessoas.
A tal da cafeteria local é pessima, postam fotos lindas nas redes de bebidas sofisticadas mas basicamente só servem café e um café batido com gelo. Os restaurantes sob reserva são medianos, a comida é de baixa qualidade e acabávamos preferindo comer no buffet tradicional(que não é exatamente bom). A comida no geral é de baixa qualidade, inclusive um dia encontrei um cabelo dentro do meu hambúrguer, fora que a comida no geral possui aspecto de suja. Se você está no premium, a comida não é exatamente melhor, você basicamente acessa um buffet menos movimentado e as bebidas não valem a pena, vivem acabando as melhores e é isso. Existe um serviço de mordomo onde em teoria você pode solicitar coisas, eu pedia todos os dias por água com gás e refrigerante zero para nosso frigobar pois tínhamos um diabético conosco, nunca recebemos. A água dos quartos acabava todos os dias! Eu fiquei sem água no meio do banho mais de uma vez, tive que sair andando os 600 metros até a recepção para poder usar um banheiro! Um dia tiraram o edredom bom que estava na minha cama e me colocaram uma colcha ruim, sendo que eu não havia solicitado nada! Um dos dias decidiram fazer obra no quarto do lado as 8 da manhã, isso em um hotel de lazer e descanso, muita falta de noção!

todo lo relativo a gastronomía..es de cuarta..los restaurant temáticos muy malos ..ej. tapas y pizza muy mediocre(ej. tapa de ensalada rusa las pizzas frias y pocococidas)el Italiano desconocen lo q es pasta al dente y el canoli es una simple masa de panaderia. el tiramisu solo el nombre. el olives three Anuncia paella y no tiene arroz.. el japonés mal el sushi. y la comida en la plancha solo pollo carne. desconocen el salmon y los langostinos..el grill aceptable la carne..las bebidas. tanto vino como cerveza o el espumante calidad muy común(berreta).. los bares de piscina o playa no dan cafe. el cafe del desayuno es agua con color...ademas loby de premiun es chico y desalienta al llegar y luego al ver el loby normal que es mas completo da la imagen q el complejo esta al reves otra cosa q no cierra el area piscina y playa premiun esta casi en la otra punta del area habitaciones premiun (block 12)..los show aceptables.. el mejor lugar de cafe esta a derecha saliendo del loby comun ahi se puede degustar un cafe normal de maquina..las excursiones cada persona re q atuende te da costo distinto.

The resort was beautiful ! I love the Premium Benefits that came with my vacation package . The staff was very welcoming .
The food was very bland and cold. I wish there was more homeland cuisine presented on the resort . We had to go outside of the resort to experience good food. Another issue was some of the vendors that stand around hassling about buying an excursion was exhausting. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

Fomos pelo premium e o checkin foi super rápido e oferecem sem custo later checkout o que nos ajudou muito. Cama confortável. A maioria dos funcionários sao excepcionais. Praia limpa e bonita. Espaco comum do resort muito limpo. O resort não é de luxo, vê pelo preço, e pagar o premium vale a pena para ter certas mordomias alem da que citei: espaços exclusivos (como piscina, área da praia e alguns restaurantes), mordomo que te ajuda em tarefas como reserva de restaurante que ja estão esgotadas no aplicativo, tirar duvidas e etc. Agua do chuveiro quentinha. Sempre tem toalhas limpas.
Cheiro de esgoto do banheiro do quarto. Ar condicionado parou de funcionar nos últimos 3 dias mas de fato so incomodou mesmo no ultimo. A iluminação do quarto é muito ruim apenas com 3 abajures, os drinks sao bem aguados para dar conta de tanta gente. Recomendo o passeio para a ilha Saona de forma mais exclusiva, o que oferecem no hotel vai muita gente, um fuzuê lascado (para quem gosta ok). A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar um pouco e na nossa estadia apareceram 3 baratas, em dias diferentes, no quarto. Levem sabonete, o do resort não faz espuma.

The beach was pretty, and the food at the Japanese restaurant was the best thing we had.
A large portion of the staff at the resort was rude and unhelpful. They would only give us 1 coffee cup in our room after requesting 2 multiple times and would not bring fresh face towels, but they would take the dirty ones. You have to make reservations for each restaurant except for the buffet and the reservations are limited- they only allow so many. The food was subpar. The app to make reservations rarely worked. All of The pools and outdoor bars close at 6pm. Our bathroom tub was disgusting. Bring plenty of cash- the atms don’t work within the resort and they will not break large bills. Good luck ordering room service- the line is always busy. 90% of the staff do not speak English so ensure that you have brushed up on your Spanish. We booked the “Premium” level- it has zero perks and cost more $ - they still ended up putting us in a room on the non-premium side which did not have the amenities the booking showed. Overall- we will not stay here again. We have stayed at all inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and this is by far, the worst.

Loved the ocean view from our room, loved the beach, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Was supposed to get 2 beers in mini fridge and only happened twice in 7 days. No ice machines for ice for room and needed to go to bar for it. AC in our room was under powered and hard to get to the right cool temp.

O hotel fica numa praia muito bonita, a praia é limpa todos os dias, não tivemos problema com sargaço que afeta algumas regiões. Ficamos na opção premium, então tínhamos a praia privada também. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, muito grande. Deixamos propinas para os funcionários que limpavam o quarto e sempre tínhamos bastante água e champanhe todos os dias. Os restaurantes são excelentes, mas garanto a vocês: escolham o café da manhã do italiano todos os dias. É o melhor do hotel. Os restaurantes tem comida ok, mas os melhores foram o mediterrâneo e o steak para jantar. O buffet internacional tem mais opções de comidas, mas é aberto a todos. O buffet do premium tem opções mais finas de refeições mas pouca variedade. A comida é bem gostosa. Achei o público do resort muito mais velhos/familias, então as atividades são muito voltadas pra esse pessoal. Não existe muita música tocando, ambiente mais jovial. Como tínhamos um lobby também exclusivo, o check-in foi super rápido e só ao foi liberado o uso do quarto antes do tempo, mas tivemos acesso aos restaurantes e resort a partir do momento que chegamos.
Pegamos um quarto com vista para o mar, mas ficamos no térreo em um nível baixo e tem um jardim na varanda, então nossa vista do mar não foi tão grande assim. As camas possuem umas rodinhas, e por isso elas se mexem deeemais. Se você dormir com alguém que se mexe muito, vai ser uma noite balançando. O ar do nosso quarto demorava um pouco a gelar.

The food was fair. Many times over the week stay, we were served cold food that should have been hot. In the buffet, food was cold that should have been hot.
We upgraded to the premium package so we could get dinner reservations easier. Even then, we had to book the whole week out, so the couple of restaurants we liked, we couldn’t go back too. Some of the restaurants only have 15 tables. They had room for more, but only sat 15 tables.
We were offered an upgraded room for 1/2 price and it was a great option. Even though we paid the same as our friends our room was half the size. Location was great, close to the restaurants and right on the beach, but we could hear the restaurant workers early in the morning and late into the night.
The maids came and cleaned the hallways starting at 6:30am and were loud in the hallways.
We booked an excursion through the resort to Catalina island. What an amazing day. Awesome snorkeling.
We also arranged a private snorkeling trip down the coast to the reef, not as great as Catalina, but a good experience too.
The resort is older, and you can tell, but they keep it clean. They need to up their food game, most of the food needed salt. Need to serve hot food hot and cold food cold, and be mindful of noise for the guests.

We had a great time. It was absolutely beautiful, the food was great, the staff was amazing. We really want to shout out our butler Jose! He was fantastic! The butler at this resort can totally make your vacation. He got us last minute reservations, helped us with general questions, checked on us daily to make sure if we needed anything and that we were doing well. Make sure you tip your Butler, he can make everything better! Our room Housekeeper Reina was super friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to her as well! She even brought me in some cream from getting no-see-um bites when walking down the beach. (Be careful when walking outside of the resort on the beach where the seaweed is not cleaned up, this is where they no-see-um reside.)
We really enjoyed the premium side of the hotel and think it is worth the extra cost. It is quieter there, but you can go to the pool next door if we want it to be rowdy! The beach was beautiful and clean. The kept the seaweed cleaned up every day. You can walk up and down the beach for miles. If you go towards the town it is a short walk to shopping and the pharmacy where you can buy sunscreen for $5 instead of $30 at the resort! Overall we loved it and will be back!
The only thing I can complain about is that the non-inclusive items are ridiculously expensive. Massage is over $100. You can get a lobster with your meal at the restaurants for $105. A manicure was $60! This is the third world, so it is pretty crazy. You can get a manicure in the Philippines for about $2 and an hour long massage for about $10. Luckily you don't need any of these things... So it was excellent all in all!

My room smelled like sewer, and the food was horrible cold every time we went to eat. The bed was hard. All the restaurants on the premises were all booked. This needs to be fixed because we was there for 4 nights and only good attend 1 on-site restaurants. We couldn't get the full experience of going to the restaurants, so we had to go off the property. IT was a waste to be at a all inclusive. I will never stay here again.
