I loved the location, everything was in a walking distance. Very clean, neat with nice and spacious rooms. Great restaurant on top with nice view to the city.

Комфорт, Расположение гостеприимность персонала, отличные вкусные завтраки.
Не организованность и не эффективность персонала. Гостиница новая, можно дать на это скидку, но скоро это будет большим минусом

Staff was very friendly and kind. Beds are comfy. Spa is very nice with great massage.
New hotel who had bad contractors. Bathroom was a mess. Usable but not nice. Breakfast is very modest, end up skipping it. Please pay attention to safe boxes.. you will laugh your brains out....

The only thing positive that all new..Question for how long. Bed was comfortable. Room spacious and clean.
ROOM: there was only 4 hangers for two persons; no all height or big mirror; in bath which is quite spacious there's one small mirror (not comfortable); toilet paper positioned far behind and it's very uncomfortable to reach it; in the shower there's dispenser with two different liquids and no indication what is what; not even a small shelf in shower cabin; some accessories like towel hooks or soap holders already start to fall off; Air conditioning works too loud; noise isolation poor. Be very careful when opening window! It opens in the way that you can fall out very easy! It is safety violation to my opinion.
It doesn't seem as for a 5* hotel interior though.
FACILITIES/SPA:
First day of visit spa was a total disaster. Steam sauna (hamam) was not working: cold ceramic seats and steam only bit warm; also there's no water hose or other way to clean seat before sitting on it or after (think about hygiene!); also smell inside was very unpleasant (like concrete smell); dry sauna was too hot. There was impression that they tried spa for a very first time. The water in pool first day was cold, staff made it a little warmer the next day (after complaint) but it was still not comfortable temperature. Jacuzzi inside pool wasn't ready to be functional as well. Spa itself is too small for such big hotel.
RESTAURANT:
Breakfast on demand only and very limited. Also no dinner!
STAFF:
All you hear "sorry hotel just opened"! Not well informed how to operate in spa and how to treat guests. Incompetent solving problems.
OVERALL:
There was construction work still in progress; location is not that comfortable (20-30 minute walk to center); I had to re-book the couple times as price was changing to cheaper. The day I left it was half of initial price. Compensation offered was so ridiculous that I felt even more disappointed. Hotel is not fully ready to receive guests and it is not worth a 5-star!

The location is great, very near to the city centre and Metro station, walking distance from republic square. You have everything near to the hotel, shops, pharmacy etc.The room was very comfy, spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The price/quality ratio is also very pleasing.
As it's in the city centre, 2 universities are very near so in the mornings it's quite a busy part of the city. But the soundproofing on the windows are good, so you can enjoy your rest😁
