The Space:
Welcome to our beautifully kept century-old Woodcroft bungalow. Each corner of this pet-friendly abode is bathed in the charm of bygone eras while keeping pace with modern comforts and conveniences. The house is elegantly decorated, featuring unique décor and thematic elements to provide a blend of sophistication and homey comfort.

On entering, you are welcomed by an expansive living space adorned with a cozy sofa, a smart TV for entertainment, and a music corner featuring a vintage piano - a perfect nod to the home’s historical roots. The dining area, washed in natural light, provides an inviting space for familial meals and lively conversations, supplementing to the allure is our fully-equipped open kitchen, ready to elevate your culinary journey.

Further enhancing the charm are two spacious bedrooms themed 'Hawaii' and 'Indianapolis', each designed to offer a unique ambiance. Each room accommodates a comfy bed and an assortment of modern amenities. Additional guests can find comfort on a plush sofa bed in the lower living space, also equipped with an in-suite laundry for your convenience.

Perhaps the most enchanting feature is our private garden, boasting a BBQ grill, cozy fire pit, and an outdoor dining area. The garden invites you to perfect your cornhole throws, immerse in nature, or just unwind under the starlit sky.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire property, including all interior spaces and the outdoor amenities. Equipped with a smart lock, check-in is smooth and straightforward. On-site parking assures peace of mind and the WiFi offers high-speed connectivity.

The Neighborhood:
This 100 year old home is located in the Woodcroft area of the historic Meridian Kessler district, a few blocks from the Monon Greenway and south of Broad Ripple Village. Broad Ripple Ave is located approx. 2.7 miles north.
This is a great area for guests seeking an active experience via walking, running, or biking! See the green folder in the home for Indy cycling/pedestrian paths and greenways. Monon Greenway is 20 miles of off road multi-use trails.
Canterbury Park is located 1.4 miles north of the Monon trail, and has a children's playground.

Downtown Indy is approx. a 15 minute drive, 30 minute bike ride, or guests make take the red line bus. Also, ride share apps pick up within minutes!
