3rd Floor has the Game room with Pool table, and Shuffleboard. Bar area with additional TV for the sports enthusiast to watch multiple games. Another rock fireplace warms the coldest of nights and has Flat Screen TV mounted above. Outdoor deck with dining table, Fireplace, Patio furniture for that true indoor/outdoor experience. Built in BBQ, bar stools.
All bedrooms designed with a true Tahoe Rustic décor. All bathrooms have top of the line granite and knotty alder cabinetry with modern fixtures.
Spiral staircase leads you to the roof top deck that truly separates this home. Amazing lake views can be seen with snowcapped mountains set behind them in the distance and you have a magical feeling that you are looking at a painting. Back of roof top deck looks straight at the face of the Heavenly Ski slopes.
