Very bad experience

Very very bad customer service. When I checked in to my room and entered the room it was full of bugs and muscitos, when I asked the manager at the front desk to clean the room and to take care of the bugs in my room, he said” I can’t help you there is bugs every where “ . At 4 am in the morning there was a fight in the room next to the room I stayed in that woke up my kids with fair and scared. We didn’t sleep the same night and this fight in the next room never end until 7:30 am in the morning. I have never experienced very bad service and very bad hotel like this one ever .

Overall a good place to stay. I would come back for sure.

Walking distance to Heavenly village, nice kitchen area, just no stove; microwave works.

Shower has very little pressure while sinks have extreme pressure.

Functional but expensive

We didn’t get breakfast, nothing spectacular about the place. The staff was nice but it was just close to a desired location.

It’s an older build. Nothing great for the price except the location to the snow lift. Not enough parking spots for the amkount of rooms. No fireplaces, never saw the jacuzzi.

Location was the only good thing about my stay. Room was dirty, heater, toaster, outlets didn’t work

The hotel wasn’t at all as advertised. Hotel room was dirty nothing really worked heater,toaster,cable ect. When I told the staff they weren’t to friendly about it didn’t even bother to come up with a solution. Definitely won’t book that hotel again.

awesome room and location. but more signs so people won’t park there

Finally Finally!!! they finally got a snow plow machine!! last year I stayed here, they didn’t have one and the city took forever to come shove the snow out of the drive way!!! I even have to go out to shovel the snow with the employees and wouldn’t be able to go out till 12. It was a horrible experience, but this year they had a snow plow thing and that made it so much easier to wake up to a driveway that is ready. So much more convient!

I did not like the parking, it is extremely small and confusing, they should have signs stating where we can park. I get irritated because sometimes the parking is taken up by people who don’t even stay at the hotel. It was very annoying to deal with a small parking lot.

it was not what they advertised it. much smaller than it was seen on the pictures. old amenities. the rooms didn’t have stove but on the pictures in booking.com they had it.

I like the location how close it is to the market, shopping center, restaurants and tourist spot The room is great, we have a nice bathroom and kitchen also the beds are comfortable.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or kitchen.

I really had a fun time!

I loved the location, and the cabin, glam decor. I loved the fluffy down alternative comforter and the comfy chair with ottoman! Bring your own pillow, if you’re picky about your pillow!!! We had a sliding glass door that looked out onto some beautiful snow covered trees, and snow on the ground! They could use some WD 40 for all of the squeaky doors, that you can hear, neighbor open and close!!!

The Jacuzzi was out of service!

I definitely enjoyed my stay

kitchenette, comfortable beds and pillows, cute bathroom. The tv had a idmi connection, so we could easily watch a family Christmas movie. Plenty of parking. They have a place to hang your coats, right when you walk in.

The only thing, I would say would be, a bigger television and a fluffy down or down alternative comforter.

Everything, this place was absolutely perfect super cozy great hot tub great fireplace lots of room to move around and super clean. I would recommend this place anytime ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
