Newly remodeled and decorated to be as comfortable as home!
Large open living area with couch, pillows, recliner, 65-Inch Roku TV, unlimited WIFI, Ceiling fan and electric fireplace for those ambient evenings.
Small desk with chair for those working trips. Be warned the mountain view from the window can be distracting.
Mini-split AC/Heating unit to keep it comfortable. One in the bedroom and one in the living area.
Open floor plan full kitchen with everything you need to dine in including stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and a dishwasher to help with the cleanup.
Comfortable casual counter seating, or outdoor dining on the private patio.
Large bedroom suite with hanging barn door for privacy, new California King bed, bedding, and large king pillows. Small couch, dresser, hall tree hanging, 2 portable luggage racks, Roku TV, dimmable lighting, and split AC/Heating unit.
A private large bathroom with lighted vanity, and large shower, complete with showering essentials, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. New Fluffy towels, wash rags and hand towels, hair dryer, and plenty of TP for your stay.
A private secure patio and side yard area perfect for drinks and conversation to enjoy the beautiful weather in Tucson.
There are 3 outdoor camera's that provide live private viewing to me via the internet connection in the Casita to monitor spaces surrounding the Casita. One on the southside on the desert area to see anyone or anything that may approach from the south. One that focuses on the driveway to show vehicles that pass the Casita and one at the front door in the event guest need assistance with the key lock box. There are NO camera's inside the Casita.
Washer, Dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener are available in the patio storage room, so the dirty clothes don't pile up on your adventure. New Iron and Ironing board are also stored there with vacuum cleaner, a broom and dustpan for those accidental spills.
Even though I've lived on these 16 acres for nearly 50 years, I will never get over the simple beauty that surrounds me. From the majestic mountain views to the tiny geckos that crawl the lighted walls at night but are impossible to find in the day. The masterpiece sunsets and the glorious sunrise. The night owl hoots to the happy donkey brays welcoming breakfast time. Everyday something new and yet it all brings comfort to this place I call home.
When you stay with us, you'll feel at home as well!
