Welcome to your new home in the heart of London. This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom flat offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to experience all that this vibrant city has to offer.

The Master Bedroom boasts a cozy double bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.
The second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The third bedroom comes with two single beds and offers access to a private balcony, a perfect spot for your morning coffee or to soak in some fresh air.
Bathrooms:
In addition to the ensuite in the Master Bedroom, there is a second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, ensuring that everyone has ample space and convenience.
Living Room:
The living room is thoughtfully designed with your relaxation in mind. It features a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed, providing extra sleeping space if needed.
Dining and Kitchen:
Take the stairs down, and you'll find a welcoming dining area with plenty of seating for everyone.
The full kitchen is well-equipped with basic amenities, making it easy for you to prepare your meals or snacks during your stay.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Do not flush tissues, wet wipes, etc to avoid clogging the toilet
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.
