New ownership this season-2nd generation family owned!
This ocean front condo located within the Diamond Head community has a perfect view of the beach, waves and marine life passing by. The 2nd floor unit is located in Ocean City Mid-Town on 80th St. and prides itself on being a family friendly bldg. If you want to get away from the crowds enjoying the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, but you still want to be close enough to access the boardwalk, Midtown Ocean City is for you.

You are just a few steps from the beach and have the option to enjoy the outdoor pool from late May to mid September.

Our Condo sleeps 7: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 1 Queen Sleep sofa, washer/dryer, cable, internet, full kitchen and pool. We have 2 free dedicated parking spaces (not side by side) and there is a handicap ramp from parking lot to 1st floor elevator.

***Guests should plan to bring or rent their own bedding, bath towels, beach towels, soaps, and paper products. We will provide one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each stay.***

In the kitchen, you will have have all the needed cookware, appliances (ice maker, coffee and Keurig, toaster oven etc) plates and utensils for nights where you want to stay in. Alternatively, we are conveniently located with many restaurants, carry outs, donut shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. nearby.

There are TVs in the main living area and in both bedrooms which are connected to Xfinity cable, including HBO MAX, Cinemax and MGM+, and access to your streaming accounts.

City bus stops in front of property, which you can ride all day for $4.00 (discounts available for senior citizens aged 65+, disabled persons, and Medicare card holders), The bus line runs from from the Boardwalk to Fenwick Island.

Ocean City will never disappoint. There is always something to do. You can explore the Ocean City boardwalk (10 minute drive or bus ride away) , or take a short drive to visit the wild horses at Assateague National Seashore. You can also plan activities during your stay to the amusement parks, mini golf, kayaking in the bay, parasailing, jet skiing or charter fishing.

2 night minimum for bookings with exception of July and August which are Saturday to Saturday.

NO PETS ALLOWED- an HOA rule. This is a NON SMOKING unit!

Minimum age is 26 to rent, NO HIGH SCHOOL BEACH WEEK or COLLEGE STUDENTS. We have a Ring door bell on our front door pointing into the common area.

We loved our family beach vacation at Diamond Head condos…. Just steps from the beach and an awesome view! The condo was comfy and well equipped. The pool at the end of the day was refreshing and close proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient. Communication with the hosts was easy and always timely. 5 stars for sure… thank you Dawn!!!

The place was perfect for our beach trip! Beach was a short walk away and when it was too windy at the beach, we were able to stay at the pool! We also loved that we were away from alot of the action, but still within walking distance of some many shops and restaurants! Loved it!

Great stay! Location was perfect with view of the ocean. Well kept and clean. Parking spaces were convenient. I love that the shower liners were clean. Key code entry is very convenient. Only minor issues were the dryer was imbalanced causing a lot of noise/vibration and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable (seat cushions kept sliding). The pool was a nice plus but could use more frequent cleaning.

The condo was immaculate, the location perfect and the hosts were readily available. Our multigenerational family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pool and walkable restaurants. We also loved the spaciousness of the balcony facing the ocean.

This 2BR/2Bath condo on 2nd Floor was as advertised. It is an older style unit that has an updated, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The unit is well maintained, comfortable and clean with a large balcony with a great ocean view. The beds were also very comfortable. It is just steps to a very nice beach (and the unheated pool). It also had some beach toys for kids and adults alike and board games for indoor amusement. The washer/dryer also came in very handy. It's walking distance to some good restaurants and ice cream/sweet shops.

We’ve stayed here twice now and will be staying here again next year. It’s a very clean unit with everything that we need. The location is great. It’s not exactly ocean front but it is. The view from the balcony is wonderful! It’s a very short walk to the beach. There’s a trundle bed in the one bedroom perfect for our little one. (Twin sized) washer/dryer work great. There’s a coffee pot and Kuerig. All the kitchen supplies you’ll need, even measuring cups. There are scissors which came in handy many times. There are binoculars and beach toys. You’ll be happy with this unit. It’s clean, comfortable and perfect for our family (me and my husband, 2 kids and my parents)

The property was exactly as advertised in the listing (even right down to where the two parking spots were). It was an ideal location to the beach, as well as restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the check-in process was very easy. I look forward to returning in the future.

This unit had some upgrades from last year, including a new bathroom vanity and additional seating/rugs on the balcony. There was some slight damage to a blind when we arrived Bedding was included in our stay, and sheets were so soft, I looked up the brand so I could order some for myself. Unit easy to keep neat. Location is convenient with at least 2 restaurants directly across the street and others all within a short drive. We liked it last year and liked it even better this year. Very nice place to stay.

We stayed in OC for two nights over Labor Day weekend. The location truly can’t be beat, right on the beach and also close to many restaurants and food delivery options. Check-in and parking was all super easy. The pool is great with nice chairs and the walk to the beach is very easy and the path is right behind the building. The kitchen is well stocked and there was ample space for my family of 4. There were some visible food crumbs under the couch and candy wrappers under the bed that the cleaning people missed. Wasn’t worth contacting owners but definitely made it feel less clean. Overall a very good experience. All the other building residents were extremely friendly.

This property is in a great location, just far enough away from the touristy area. But just a quick bus ride to the boardwalk. The bus is $3 for the whole day. The condo is great and has everything you need to help make your trip comfortable. Nothing like waking up and having coffee on the patio and watching the waves come in. I hope to stay here again!
