Lovely newly decorated rooms done to a high standard. The jacuzzi bath is a bonus but lovely good sized tvs very comfy bed. Would 100 percent stay here again Only complaint would be that it was boiling hot in the room heating was up full blast on arrival. Heater had to be switched off and window opened wide.

Room stank of sewage! Smell came from the bathroom. Must have been a lack of a trap in the shower drain. Place was run down and not at all as depicted on the photos. No restaurant or bar as advertised.

This property did not really do it for us - the pictures on this app did it more justice than it deserved - there’s lots of potential here, but it gave “senior living apartment trying to be a posh hotel” vibes. No one man’s the desk after a certain time - two women had a delayed flight and poor reception on their phones making it near impossible to get their check in instructions and they were trapped outside in the rain. On the bottom floor, no fan or AC was provided - very hot in July, and the only option was to put the window up leaving a wide open window to the street - anyone could just climb in. Security lacks - a back exit was left unlocked. Room was not on the best of repair. We were happy to leave asap and if we had seen the room prior to checking in, we’d have tried to find another. Glorified motel. Cleanish. Photos won’t upload, but we did take some.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good parking. We stayed for one night and would stay there again. Only thing that we would remark on is that the TV was not working and the walls were quite thin even for UK standard.

This was truly the loveliest hotel. Ebony at the front desk was so wonderful and made the stay feel extra special. This was the perfect place to stay while seeing some special sights in Inverness. I highly recommend. And while there is no room service, you can easily order Deliveroo!

In a lovely neighborhood. Service was good, food was okay. It was quiet, so great for jet lag sleeping. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Overall, a phenomenal value for the price and walking distance to train and bus stations, all tour departures, and downtown. The TV disnt work in my room. Sound only. There is no thermostat. The temperature is controlled by opening, closing, or adjusting the window. No 24-hour front desk which is fine but in order to eat meals you have to register a day ahead, even for a continental breakfast. The “bar” closes at 8pm. Housecleaning service entered my room but neither made the bed nor cleaned the bathroom.

From the beginning to end of the stay was wonderful! The room was amazing! The food was perfect! If you want a place to stat, this place is a must! They set up a cab for us to go around and arranged for dinner and breakfast for us. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Difficult check-in in the evening as there was only one employee working the restaurant/bar and hotel reception. She was very kind, but very busy. Easy check out. Continental breakfast was underwhelming with very little choices, not worth the additional £10/person. We would have rathered walked downtown for better food at the same price.

There was no blankets available if you needed them. It was near a busy intersection which was noisy with people coming home late from the pub. Police cars chasing people at 3 in the morning etc. It was close to town which was great. WIthin walking distance. There was a bar if you wanted to have a drink at your accomodation.

Reviews don’t match with the property. No cleaning service provided, and they give an excuse everytime. They offer a food service and the restaurant is not open since they don’t have a chef. The room has a rug that was torn and with stains. Also The entrance door was always being banged; and our room was just on the entrance, therefore it was noisy. Other guest leave premises with luggage and you can hear them all the time in the room. At the end, this is not a good option at all…

Very clean, also easy access to town, restuarants within walking distance. One thing to improve on though is, a roller blind in the shower room for privacy. Otherwise lovely welcome, bed comfy, big shower room and tea coffee and kettle facility:) Loved my stay.
