Do not use this hotel unreliable service and attention, never pick me up at airport, internet service down, noisy guests and reception do nothing, 3am fire alarm trigger without reason, miss information! Dint be missled because iys wyndham la quita, better to be in other lodge.

Check in was easy, front desk was helpful and polite. The room however was not clean. Mold in the bathroom, dirt throughout the carpets, hair in the shower/bathtub.
No real blankets on the beds, just a pull over sheet. The heater in the room did work fortunately. I had purchased my room online, then got doubled charged at the front desk. In the morning, I explained I got doubled charged. This set things off instantly. I recognize I should have stated “Good morning. Iv had an issue with my card.” Instead of quietly saying, I have a weird charge on my card. My comment was taken as hostel. They said that it was the cost of my room, which I reported “No I paid online”. I do talk a bit loud because I have trouble hearing. Which caused the front desk worker to pass my card back, saying not to yell at him. I couldn’t hear everything he said, asked again, slightly louder. Things turned into a full front yelling match. I threatened to call the police saying they were stealing from me. Things got heated fast. Honestly I was very confused. I didn’t believe I was the one to start all this. Things did work out. Front desk helped me fix the problem, I apologized for misunderstands. I left shacking, extremely confused how all this had taken place. My children were crying. I take credit for half of the scene caused. I do appreciate the efforts taken to fix the issue on my card.

The room had a smell and stale air, most likely due to the air conditioning unit not working. The room was clean but had limited outlets to plug in computer or devices. The desk was wobbly. Poor internet connect. Safety was a bit of concern so I did not open the window as you could easily enter from outside. I was there for work and was not spending too much time in the room. If my wife was with me, she would have not stayed. I ended up leaving a night earlier but told the front desk the AC was not working when I checked out. He offered to give me another room but why would you offer a room knowing there was an issue. Wouldn’t check me out of the room till the next morning even though I checked out. Must have tried to get credit for the booking. Would I stay here again, most likely not. It was a last minute business trip.

The door barely shut. the security lock was broken off the frame. The bathtub did not drain. there were holes in the shower wall. the knobs on the tub/shower were loose and barely worked. Overall just nasty all around. Definitely disappointing.

The man at the reception desk was not very professional, he didn’t wear a uniform just a red GAP shirt, no name tag , and he wasn’t the most welcoming. I should have got his name but I didn’t since I was tired from my late flight. If he didn’t come from the back I wouldn’t have even guest he was a worker.
The room faced the parking lot in the back that had this tow truck or car transportation truck. Something was happening during the night and it was noisy during the night.
The bathroom didn’t have great circulation of air so it smelled bad, the shower knobs were hard to use and there was a bug in the shower!, the beds made us itchy and was uncomfortable for my husband and had a stain one of the twin beds.
We’re grateful they offered breakfast, and The waffle maker was great probably my only positive and favorite part, but there wasn’t enough protein options during breakfast. Mostly carbs and dairy. Still better than nothing. Maybe we came too late but just wishes there were more protein options.

I liked the close location to the airport but it still felt really sketchy and I don’t think I’ll come back. I understand it’s older a little more run down but the quality of the bathroom put me off and I really felt scared like not safe for some reason. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a bit run down. The outside has been painted and is clean, but is in desperate need of a facelift.
The room was clean, but the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we got to the room and we needed a cold fridge, so that wasn’t ideal. I set the fridge to five and it froze all our food solid, which also wasn’t ideal. The legs on the table were broken so the table was unstable.
Other than that, there was plenty of hot water, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They give you three pillows on each bed so that was really nice.
It’s a decent spot for a business trip, as it’s right off the freeway.

We arrived late from Boston and stayed a night before heading to Sedona. We knew at this price point we wouldn’t be walking to the ritz but thought we could count on something clean. The room was in desperate need for a rehab. The rug was filthy and stained everywhere. The sheets were dirty on one of the bed and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned when the room was switched over. It seems the soaps were replaced and towels were replaced but that’s about it.
We left first thing in the morning. I wasn’t comfortable grabbing anything for breakfast at that point.

There are no restaurants near the hotel, and the hotel has no dining options on site except for the standard breakfast. Room was okay, we had glass on our floor when we checked in and the floors and walls were super dirty and the shower wouldn't drain but the bed was clean and comfy so we made do. There are no mini fridges and the vending machines were out of water so couldn't keep anything cool. Hotels.com said it had shuttle to and from airport, got to hotel and it was $12USD each way and the hotel would not budge on price. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the complete wrong spot in the airport when we checked out and we had to race around to find the correct location 2 levels up.
