Worst hotel i’ve experienced in my life. I got sick because of non fresh rooms. Nothing is comfortable. Everythig is tiny and non hygenic. I will never come to japan becauseof this hotel

this is the 2nd time staying at the daiwa roynet in nishi-shinjuku. i enjoyed the convenient location from the main station although it’s a haul when you factor in luggage. room amenities are top notch and the shower water pressure is amazing. only drawback is the size of the room. wish it was roomier. will book a larger sized room on my next stay here.

Nice hotel, and the rooms are of decent size. Don’t let the dated exterior of the building fool you… The interior and rooms are very nice. I didn’t appreciate having to pay for a late check out, but I suppose that’s common here in Tokyo.

I stayed here in mid-October for 3 nights. Very welcoming, polite, and friendly reception staff. The location is great, 3-5 minutes walk from metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast buffet at the hotel can be busy so probably visit the restaurant at the start of breakfast. Rooms are small, bathroom is well-equipped.

Nice friendly service! They stored our bags for us while we went to other cities for free. The restaurant is nice and there’s a 7-11 on the ground floor. There were free razors and mouthwash available.

Close to the station and food places around

The check-in and check-out was fast with many desk clerks so there was no waiting. The rooms are a little narrow but fine overall.
They supply toothbrushes & toothpaste, razor & shaving cream and a comb.

We booked a junior suite and were given a room on the top floor. The room was large and open plan, except for the bathroom which had a very large walk-in shower and bath cubicle and twin sinks. The toilet was in a separate area.
Staff were friendly and stored our luggage for us as we arrived around 10:30 following an overnight flight and check-in before 14:00 was not available.
Despite being a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku, there were plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, as well as two restaurants in the hotel.
The hotel has the benefit of being close enough to Shinjuku to enjoy that experience, but constant noise and bustle. It is also close enough to transport links to easily navigate around Tokyo. It is also only a few minutes walk to a subway station with an elevator in a route that will take you to Tokyo station and the Shinkansen in 25 to 30 minutes. Handy if you are travelling around Japan by train

As a 3-star hotel, I’m generally impressed by the quality of their rooms and love their toiletries/amenities bar provided in their lobby. Hotel breakfast is also very substantial and yummy.

This was a lovely little hotel in a quiet area. The restaurant Hearth had delicious food and I loved my little room. No complaints! When I return to Tokyo I will definitely be staying here again.

Small rooms, but not much smaller than many other hotels in Tokyo (eg, Keio Plaza is twice as expensive and their standard room is only a bit larger). Very clean, almost plain. Room enough for two but glad I was alone during this stay. Bed was comfortable, and bathrooms were tiny but clean and modern with bidet toilets and soaking tubs. Good WIFI. Breakfast at the connected restaurant (Hearth) was decent but preferred to buy coffee from nearby Starbucks. Walking distance (15 min) to Shinjuku station. Polite staff, called a taxi for me upon checkout. Taxi to Haneda Airport cost JPY 11,000. Satisfied and definitely would stay here again, particularly if traveling alone.

Metro stop was about 5-10 minute walk from this hotel, with Shinjuku station only 1 stop away. Could take hotel elevator downstairs to visit 7-11. Coin laundry were washer/dryer all in one units, and could see progress of the laundry on the TV. Also, there's a restaurant near the entrance of the hotel. Amenity bar in the lobby which included free face wash/lotion for men and women, razors, mouthwash, etc. Only complaint is the size of the room.
