The Siesta Village Beach House is a PRIVATE 2 bedroom 1 bath APARTMENT in a large house with an extra outdoor shower (enclosed with a fence) and private room with toilet and sink (the outside bathroom is accessible by the pool adjacent to the outdoor shower). The apartment is the main portion of the house where I used to live, and the other portion of house is rented to annual tenants who have NO access to the pool or hot tub. Private parking in front of house easily fits 2 cars/SUVs. Annual tenants have their own parking on the side of the house. The annual tenant's units are on the side and back of house. The bedrooms and bathrooms do not share any walls with the tenant's units. Couch in living room can be used to sleep an additional person. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom. All high end appliances, large screen 70" 4K television in living room, television in each bedroom, private large lap pool with jacuzzi (heated salt water), out door shower and bathroom by the pool and laundry facilities. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Beach access 2 is a short 1/2 mile walk that takes you through Siesta Village to the beach. A beach cart, umbrellas and floats are available for renters to use. 2 older bikes are also available for use. Lounge chairs surround the private pool (POOL IS NOT SHARED). Large walk in shower with various shower heads in house with access from master bedroom and hallway. Hard wood floors in main living area. Italian porcelain in bathroom.

The property has security cameras in the pool area and front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras in the house.

Owner purchased home in 1998 and did major renovations in 2011 adding the pool and hot tub. Owner lived in home until 2015 when it was listed as a vacation rental.

The owner lives next door to the property, and is available to accommodate guests should any issues arise.

It is advisable to get trip insurance to protect against financial loss within the no cancelation period, especially during hurricane season.

Love this house! Very clean, spacious & nicely furnished. The best part was the beautiful backyard! Loved that it was private and shaded with palm trees. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, & comfortable outdoor seating every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We also used the outdoor grill. It’s a short walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. We also used the bikes that were provided. Check in and communication with the owner was easy. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to family & friends.

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key! Check-in was a breeze and we were even able to get in an hour early! The place was clean and perfect for myself, my husband and two of our teenagers! We were close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but far enough away that it was very quiet. The pool is huge for the house being on the smaller side! We spent a lot of time in the pool/spa! We loved it! Michael was available via text message to answer any questions if we had them and always responded very quickly!

This is the second year we've stayed at one of Michaels properties. It's been great both times. Really enjoyed how close this property is to the downtown area. Nice easy walk. And then the place itself was great. Clean, well appointed, and the pool was very nice. It's huge! Would stay there again.

This quirky house was wonderful! Everything was aspotless. The beautiful backyard was our own oasis when we weren't at the beach or in the village. Both were easy walking distance and we're all in our late 60's'. You have to pass thru the master bedroom to get to the backyard but we were ok wih it. Could use a nice seating area on the front deck. A definite 5 star house!!! Thankyou Mike!

Nice 2 bedroom apt- actually half of a house. 10 min walk to gorgeous beach; only 5 min to shops and restaurants. Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. Large master BR. 1large bathroom. Semi private pool and hot tub. Quality appliances. Well equipped. 4TVs.

Property exceeded our expectation overall. Highlights were the lovely backyard oasis with private pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of lovely Siesta Key village, the beach, and sunsets. Will definitely return.

The property in back is very spacious and beautiful. Both the foliage and design of the pool/hot tub made it very easy to stay in! Access to bikes and other pool/beach items gave us an all in one experience. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen spectacular. Our son loved all the T.V.s. Mike was so easy to reach and very accommodating! Highly recommend this property!

Sun, Sand, beaches, pool, seafood, location and tons of fun! Beautiful property, beautiful area, great beaches and community!! Our third stay at the Perry House and it’s always a wonderful time! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay close to Siesta Village, beaches, restaurants, and shops with an amazing pool and even a refreshing outdoor shower - this is where you want to go! All beach things you could possibly need are here as well- chairs, umbrella, towels, shovel, buckets, pool noodles, rafts, boogie boards, toys for the kids and a volleyball! We can’t wait for our next trip to Siesta Key and stay at the Perry house! Until next time Siesta Key, we will miss you dearly! Can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Michael's place was wonderful. The check in process was easy as he reached out to me and was in communication whenever I had questions. The place was in pristine shape and was very clean. It was just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. I really liked the privacy and quiet in the evening. Lovely place and I would definitely stay again. Thank you Michael! Oh, and the shower was pure Heaven!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very clean and well maintained. The layout and amenities are as described in the listing. The pool and backyard are incredible. Perfect for a quiet and restful vacation. Beach and Village access is very convenient. The owner was prompt on all responses to our questions. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Siesta Key and would have no hesitations on renting this place again.

Perfect location to spend your mornings at the beach and relax in the amazing pool in the afternoons!!! Restaurants and groceries are within easy walking distance. Michael is the perfect host and his place leaves nothing to be desired!! He has thought of everything to make your stay perfect!!!

We had an amazing time at Michaels place. The backyard is incredible and so relaxing. The location is everything. Quick walk to the restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved going to the beach and then coming home and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was so relaxing. Michael was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay very clean and close to the village. The host was very nice and attentive. The hot tube would not get over 90 degrees, but this was very little inconvenience since there was many other things to do at Siesta Key. High end appliances from stove to washer and dryer made staying at property as close to being at home as can be.

Wow! We enjoyed staying here so much! Spring break was a hit with our family being able to have peaceful quiet and solitude at our place and then be able to pivot quickly do the beach activities or the downtown village bustle. We will come back again for sure!! Michael was Awesome to communicate with and very attentive with any questions we had! We were beyond comfortable here!

Michael's Paradise is a terrific place to stay for a Siesta Key vacation. Close to Siesta Key Village, the location can't be beat. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The best par is that our pooch Lucy could join us! Thanks Mike!

This home on a quiet street just blocks away from the busy and fun Siesta Key Village provided cool relief from the hot August afternoons and was cozy during the seasonal summer downpours. There were overhead fans in all the major rooms, which made the place extremely comfortable. It was a pleasure to bathe in the giant tiled shower room. And the private pool was just as described, and very refreshing. Michael was an excellent host and responded within minutes to any questions. It was very helpful to have a keypad rather than a key to open the front door. That way I did not have to worry about having a key to lose or to carry on the beach. Great stay on Siesta Key!

My sister and I stayed here for her 40th birthday trip. We LOVED the pool and the house. Super close to the grocery store so we could make food at the house. Close walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. Michael was super responsive with any questions we had and made an amazing recommendation for a dinner spot. Would highly recommend this place for vacation!

This is the second time we stayed in the past year. My family can't get enough of the pool oasis or nearby beaches! Its perfectly located with groceries, restaurants and shops just down the quite residential street. Everything you need is there so you can pack lite and enjoy!

We had a fabulously relaxing week, the listing was accurate and we experienced no issues. Our host was responsive and helpful. The pool was really great, especially for my son (7 yo) as he was able to play throughout as there was not a very “deep” end. The beaches were incredible!

This place was perfect for our family! We couldn’t have asked for a better location… About a 10 minute walk to the beach (we used Access 7) and only 5 minutes from Siesta Village! The pool was amazing, and we enjoyed it as much as the beach! Beds are comfortable, and the shower was awesome too. Michael was a great Host, and responds quickly if you have questions. This is such a comfortable place to enjoy while you’re away from home.
