Pool, comfy bed
Location…

It has own clean beach front and view from the rooms
>Service- we availed their airport transfers but the southwest travel tours was not able to handle the bookings. Travel time from airport to hotel took us 2hours bec of the waiting time. The van drivers choose which guests to take to the hotel rather than serving them based on who comes first in the line. We were also assigned to ride in a shared boat rather than the savoy boat which is different from the other guests.
> Breakfast buffet - not too many choices. They cater to a more continental cuisine and not much of filipino local delicacies.

Very nice and helpful staff, pool area is big and it has a private beach which is a 7-minute walk. Also offers free shuttle service to the centrum (about 3km away).
Nothing that I really disliked.

Spacious and its not crowded of people . Good to relax
No trash can around only in one place.

having your own beach provided us our privacy during our whole duration of our stay. their buffet breakfast was also good, and they provided a lot of food choices.
if u are staying at their beach, u have to wait for quite long for their shuttle to fetch u and bring u back to the hotel. they also have slow internet connection in their rooms. water pressure in the hotel bathroom should be improved.

The rooms are clean and big. Our room has a nice view facing the amenities. All of the Staff are all very approachable and helpful. We love the buffet breakfast, lots of food variety to enjoy and they have new menu daily. There is also complimentary activities. Free shuttle to the centre (boracay stations) going to and going back to the hotel. We literally enjoyed our stay.
The location. it will take 15 minutes bumpy ride going to the stations 1 and 2 and the waiting time for the shuttle is quite disappointing. We suggest that if they can shorten the every 1 hour interval would be better as most of the time the shuttle comes late. Aside from it, Savoy was still a best hotel to stay in boracay its just a little exausting travelling going to the main beach and restaurants outside.

Very accommodating & nice staff specially the staff working by the pool restaurant 🙂
Location is far from the main beach but I love the private beach nearby.

Liked the cozy room. Good that it had a receiving area with TV. Very fast to connect with the wifi. Liked the pool and the private beach.
The railing of the glass sliding door isn't well-kept. Executive room has no bath tub. The food stall in the private beach didn't provide an OR. And the staff didn't give the right discount for PWD. My wife ordered a dish and the crew divided the price into 3 people (the 3 of us) and computed the 20% discount for the 1/3 of the dish price, when she shd have just deducted 20% discount on the price of the dish. Maybe the hotel could orient/require them to follow discount computation.

If you want a more private location and been to boracay before then stay here.. if you want to enjoy more of boracay stay somewhere else closer to other stations.. Breakfast Buffet was good, staff accomodating..
Love the infinity pool + life guards around the beach
Itchy bites/bed bugs, ants in our bed stayed here for 5 days

It was decent.
The check-in was an absolute nightmare for me, we did arrive early and called-in, we came back close to the time of check-in but waited longer than anticipated. New groups of arrival managed to check-in before we actually did, leaving us feeling exhausted.

Savoy Hotel made us feel what a real vacation and rest we deserved from a busy life in Manila. Our stay was a memorable one for us couple. The amenities were so nice and the ambiance of the hotel was very relaxing. The staffs, from Sir Darwin at the front desk, friendly guards, shuttle service drivers, very good food at their cafe, and down to the housekeepers, their service was superb. Definitely will go back to this place. Thank you Savoy for a memorable vacation stay.
Leaving this place.

Staff are nice, hotel is clean
far from station

The bed was comfortable and we liked the view from our room. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and activities. Finally, thank you again for trying to find my bucket hat (that I lost during the airport pickup). I really appreciate it although we didn’t find it in the end.
The breakfast was nice but didn’t have a lot of options for vegetarians like myself. There would be one or two options for non-meat eaters, then triple of that for meat eaters.

Accommodating staff also the Pool is heated
Restaurant - Long serving time, food is not that good, pricey for the quality of food you eat. When we ate here, there are also group of guests complaining because they are waiting for so long
Location - given that the location is far from white beach and stations, it was disappointing that there are no shuttle services going to it’s private coast which is the white sand area. Not advisable if you bring senior and PWD because you need to climb a hill.
Common area - Elevator is like an oven. It doesn’t have an aircondition so when you step inside the elevator from the hallway, you will immediately feel the heat given that we went there during summer.
Room
- Our bathroom has a bad odor all throughout our stay. We tried to pour water in all floor drains and sink, but the smell wont go.
-During a booking, I requested for one queensize bed since me and my wife will stay there. They give us two single bed. When we reached the front desk to transfer to other room, they advice us to join our beds h
joined together and they will provide a sheet for this, no staff went to our room. We complain this during breakfast.
-Slippery poolside. Not advisable for children
-No bedroom slippers
-In our 4days stay, power outage keeps repeating. Worst is if you are inside the bathroom, you can’t see anything water is affected by outage so there’s also no water coming out of the faucet.

Abit far away from the restaurant and ships but there is a shuttle or hire a moped for very cheap price

-We booked 2 rooms and I liked that they put us in connecting rooms.
- The buffet breakfast spread was good.
-We love the pools and not too many people yet during the first 3 days of our stay, so it seemed we had the pool for ourselves.
- We also love the private beach/cove. We only went to the Stations once and theyre too crowded, so the private cove really was enough for us.
- Our rooms also had the best view--we can see the Keyhole.
- Keyhole tour was amazing!
- Free shuttle services to the beach cove and Stations.
- There were food stalls near the beach for lunch and dinner options.
- Friendly and efficient staff!
-Beach has lots of algae.
- Rooms not cleaned everyday. We have to call and request for it.
- Theres no separation of shower and toilet areas in our CR. So when we use the shower the entire CR floor is wet 😑. Hope you can fix this minor issue.
- On our 5th day the breakfast buffet was too crowded already, and the food were not replenished quickly. But I could understand this because there were too many people.

At the discounted rate, this place was super good value for money (even though the development around it isn’t fully finished/ only one restaurant is open). The beach area is lovely - and has lots of facilities inc a bar etc. Everything is a short and cheap trike ride away. Breakfast was great value. Staff are great- but let them know if you’re in a rush at the outset..
No fresh milk at breakfast :( - and not everything is finished/ open surrounding the hotel. Also, tbh the hotel isn’t super well built - so we had a blocked shower/ toilet - but the staff were v receptive and sorted it quickly.
3.0
The pool was nice and the private beach within walking distance. Although the location wasn’t great, it was helpful there was a free shuttle regularly into town. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t very clean. The water in the hallways was empty and took overnight to replace. The breakfast was okay but they did not cater for any allergies. The service was slow and the room service food wasn’t very good.
