• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (Zip and Link Beds & Mattresses / can be converted to a double bed)

Flat Layout: The flat is spread across two stories, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three-story building. On the first level of the flat, you will find three bedrooms and one bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper level where you will find the other bedroom and the kitchen-dining room.
Accessibility: Please note that the flat does not have accessibility options and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

• No smoking. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
• No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area.
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM
• Ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property.
• Lost Key Policy: There will be a charge of £30 for lost keys to cover the cost of replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• This is a pet-free home, and we kindly but strictly ask that no pets are brought along.
Security: Our entrance is fitted with CCTV cameras outside the flat, in the hallways, and at the front door to maintain security.
