About this house rental
Summary:
It is a building with a premium location in the historic center, two blocks from the “Ex Convento de Santo Domingo” that accommodates up to 11 people. It has 4 apartments designed by Francisco López Chávez, each with a unique style and features; all elegant, comfortable and functional that will give you an extraordinary experience. Equipped for work or to enjoy a vacation. It has one of the best terraces in the city, it has everything to be your home in Oaxaca!
The Space:
The colonial-style building was formerly a chocolate factory and home to an Oaxacan family. After much effort, I remodeled it into an apartment building with a unique style, using basic colors and materials such as colored polished cement, stone, and high-quality wood in the furniture designed exclusively for the apartments, preserving the original floors in some areas. I designed every detail with the goal of providing you with unique experiences and sensations from the moment you enter the building. "Casa Alta Vista" is a 4-apartment building. Architect Francisco López Chávez was inspired by the colors and shades of the Oaxacan skies that can be enjoyed at different times of the day. The building accommodates up to 11 people. "Casa Alta Vista" has 4 bedrooms with A/C and a TV area (1 King Size bed, 3 Queen size beds and 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed), 1 TV room/study, 5 bathrooms (two bathrooms have a skylight (double height dome), kitchen areas, dining areas, lounge areas, an unparalleled terrace with a 270° view of the city and the mountains, laundry area on the second floor and parking space for one car. The spaces: Azul is a suite with A/C, with a King size bed, full bathroom with a double height skylight (dome), equipped kitchen and private terrace. Rojo is a 2 bedroom apartment with a Queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, one with a double height skylight (dome), dressing room, TV room/study and kitchen. Amarillo is a cozy room equipped with A/C and with a double bed, private full bathroom, equipped kitchen and an interior loft. Blanco is the apartment located on the ground floor, has A/C, 1 Queen size bed, private bathroom, equipped kitchen area and private interior patio. Each apartment has multifunctional furniture designed exclusively for "Casa Alta Vista" with the aim of maximizing spaces, equipped kitchen areas; a gas stove and 3 electric grills with high-end utensils and appliances. It has high-speed WiFi to work efficiently remotely, take video calls or quickly browse the Internet. It has a hydropneumatic to ensure adequate pressure in the showers and water filters to remove minerals from the water. "Casa Alta Vista" has a premium location, on one of the main streets of the historic center where you will find restaurants, bars and places of interest.
One block from the main pedestrian street "Andador Turístico" where the best restaurants, museums and churches are located. Two blocks from the "Ex Convento de Santo Domingo" and the "Jardín Etnobotánico". You will find party halls/ wedding venues, convenience stores, markets with organic products, laundries, craft shops and the bike path just a few steps away.
