Enjoy panoramic views from the third floor rooftop deck with ample seating to enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets. The screened-in deck on the second floor provides a comfortable outdoor living and dining area overlooking the river and the Primehook Wildlife Refuge.

Third bedroom with a queen-size bed (1st floor) Forth bedroom with two twin-size bunk beds (1st floor) with an additional full bathroom on same floor.
Living Areas: Two expansive indoor living areas with comfortable seating and TVs—ideal for relaxing or entertainment.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for creating delicious meals, featuring a large island with seating for four. The dining table, with a leaf extension, accommodates 10+ guests.

You have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet located on the second floor and the shed.
We welcome your furry companions up to two medium size dogs with a non-refundable fee of $250 per stay and signed addendum, making our home truly inclusive.
Please note, linens are not included, but rental packages are available upon request.
