Summary:
Nestled amongst private established gardens on the fringes of the Sunshine Coast hinterland town of Maleny, the Little Queenslander will give you a premium country experience.
Open the French doors onto the 9-foot wide wrap-around verandahs and take in the spectacular northeastern country views, all the way to the Montville hinterland. On a clear day, you may just see the boats out at sea off Mooloolaba.
Treat yourself and call the Little Queenslander home for a few days.
The Space:
If you are after the quintessential Queenslander for that relaxed getaway, look no further.
Set on one acre of established cottage gardens surrounded by amazing valley views. Take a wander through the beautiful gardens and admire the abundant birdlife or spend a whole day doing nothing but relaxing on the veranda with a good book and a nice glass of wine!
You may even wish to book a week or 2 and work remotely from this country paradise !
Guest Access:
Vehicles are to be parked on the property via the driveway. There is a double carport for parking onsite as well as additional parking at the property . We have installed a ramp to the left hand side of the house which is accessible from the carport.
Please ensure all vehicles do not park and or block / trespass onto neighbouring properties.
The Neighborhood:
We are very close to the lovely hinterland town of Maleny and all it has to offer. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants in Maple Street (main street) Maleny as well as at Cairncross Corner and along Mountain View Drive. Most eateries feature local and organic produce in a picturesque setting and there are also art and craft galleries abound to explore. The property is situated within a short drive to most of the wedding venues in the Maleny area.
Also you may choose to renew your vows or celebrate your elopement / micro wedding on the one acre property. If this is something you would like assistance with, you may wish to call Petit Weddings who specislise in small weddings and commitment ceremonies.

The property also provides a beautiful setting for other small events such as: corporate planning and strategy days, family photos, corporate staff photos.
Close by (a 5 minute drive or good 20 minute walk) is the Baroon Pocket Dam which is great for walks, wild swimming, lakeside picnics & BBQs or kayaking.
We are also close to the following beautiful destinations:
- Kondallia National Park
- Glasshouse Mountains
- Montville (& other hinterland towns)
- Sunshine Coast beaches (30 minutes to Golden Beach, 45 minutes to Maroochydore and 1 hour to Noosa)
Getting Around:
While there is plenty of parking for your vehicles, you may also like to bring your bikes to explore the beauty that the area has to offer . Oh and don't forget to pack comfortable walking shoes to enjoy a wander in the beautiful fresh country air.
