Für unsere kurzen Trips nach Wien optimal.

Frühstück sehr lecker und sehr umfangreich. Zimmerservice ist super, Empfang und Damen beim Frühstück super nett.

Kaffeeautomat in der Lounge sollte mal erneuert werden.

Σε γενικά πλαίσια είναι ένα μέτριο ξενοδοχείο. Βολική τοποθεσία αλλά όχι ωραία, καλούτσικο πρωινό, καθαρό.

Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής και το ότι δεν είχε κλιματισμό.

L'albergo non era assolutamente da classificare come 3 stelle

La posizione, a 100 mt dalla stazione della metropolitana U3.

A me spiace sempre dare giudizi negativi perchè significa giudicare il lavoro altrui, però, purtroppo a differenza delle foto inserite, l'albergo non era assolutamente da classificare come 3 stelle, bensì era simile a una piccola pensione ligure, in più molto datata. La pulizia era ottima, ma, per iniziare dalla reception, era composta da un piccolo bancone, e inserita in uno spazio veramente piccino. L'ascensore, oltre a essere altrettanto piccolo, aveva una capienza di sole due persone, per cui, noi essendo in tre, a turno uno di noi saliva/scendeva a piedi. I corridoi, erano stretti, con i muri non ben manutenuti, sino poi ad arrivare alla stanza dove, oltre a non avere l'apertura con la tessera, bensì con la chiave, a cui era appeso un portachiavi con il numero della stanza "scritto a penna", era presente anche la maniglia esterna, per cui entrando in stanza la porta non rimaneva "chiusa", bensì poteva essere aperta dall'esterno, quindi dovevamo ogni volta ricordarci di chiudere la porta a chiave. Mi sembra furi dal contesto di un tre stelle, che, tra l'altro, all'ingresso riporta ancora le 4 stelle. Il bagno, la doccia era ottima, sia nella chiusura, sia nella sua efficienza, ma il resto era datato e soprattutto in carenza di manutenzione. In ultimo la colazione. Pur avendo letto, già in alcuni commenti che l'albergo era un po' datato, non immaginando così tanto, avevamo apprezzato le descrizioni della colazione. Anche qui siamo stati molto delusi. Sul salato non posso dire nulla, ma sul dolce due tipi di mini croissant, di cui una tipologia completamente assente l'ultimo giorno, per il resto sempre per il dolce, una sola torta di cui tralascio i commenti. Infine, gli addetti alla reception e alla colazione. Umanamente non posso dire nulla a loro, per la loro disponibilità e accoglienza, ma ben distanti dal gestire un tre stelle, anche, e soprattutto per il contesto in cui sono inseriti.

La ubicación, cerca del barrio Neubau es perfecta, además la invitación a cafe 24h es todo un detalle.

El precio es exagerado para lo que es finalmente, pero es algo que pasa en todo Viena.

2 night stay for work

A nice welcome by the receptionist Rooms with the necessary comfort The room I had booked overlooked to the inner courtyard and had double windows for sound and was quiet. At the breakfast there is a nice variety of choices of food and drinks. Due to location, very easy to use public transport via Westbahnhof or U3/U6

Zimmer mittlerweile schon ein wenig verlebt am Kopfteil vom Bett löste sich schon das Kunstleder. Preis Leistung passte trotzdem

It's very close to the train station and metro.

The room wasn't very clean. The windows are made of wood and you can hear every car from outside. You get no slippers.

Udany pobyt w pięknym Wiedniu.

Mały hotelik blisko dworca kolejowego i stacji metra. 30 minut piechotą od centrum. Niewielki, czysty pokój. Dość ciemny (małe okno, niewiele światła z zewnątrz). Dobre śniadanie w niewielkiej, kameralnej restauracji hotelowej.

Pokój dość mały, niewiele światła, zarówno dziennego jak i od lamp.

- NIE WIEDER ... bitte ALLE Fotos in Bewertungen anschauen ... diese sind 100% ig korrekt und keine Einzelfälle, sondern das ganze Hotel sieht so aus! - Schimmel + Dreck im Badezimmer ... überall ... auch an der Decke, Schimmel auch an den alten Fliesen im Badezimmer - Schimmelfotos waren 100% ident mit der Schimmel-Bewertung im Mai 2023 durch anderen österr. Gast - da schert sich niemand darum - Staub und Insekten an der Saftmaschine im Frühstücksraum. Hallo geht es noch?? - Elektriker-Draht mit der die Eingangstür offen gehalten wird. Der erste Eindruck zählt! - flackerndes Licht an der Rezeption, wer noch keinen Augenschaden hat, der kriegt ihn bestimmt ... - Personal sehr bemüht, aber für fehlende Reinigungsmittel (Chlor, Grundreinigung, etc.) kann das Reinigungspersonal nichts dafür - Duschkabine sind keine Rollen eingehängt, keine Befestigung, spritzt beim Duschen links und rechts raus und überflutet den Boden ... da wird es dann noch feuchter für den Schimmel - Tote Insekten kleben in den Fenstern - gebrauchte Taschentücher hinter dem Heizkörper - Beschwerde vom 23.10.2023 blieb bis am 07.11.2023 unbeantwortet (gesendet an die Hotelleitung lt. Impressum), es kam zwar eine Entschuldigung von Frau N. I., jedoch hätte ich erwartet, dass man einfach was macht und nicht einen Standard-Mail-Text an den Gast schickt und dann wochenlang nicht reagiert. Keine Kostenerstattung, kein Gutschein, rein gar nix. - Professionell ist was anderes, sorry ... man ist vielleicht arbeitsmäßig im Management überfordert, bei so vielen Hotels, wie da geführt werden - es schauen alle Zimmer so aus ... siehe auch andere Bewertungen, das ist kein Einzelfall Fazit: Die Bewertungen von 8.0 auf Booking sind KEINESFALLS gerechtfertigt, außer man ist blind ... ich würde sagen eine Gesamtbewertung von 6.0 wäre eher gerechtfertigt. Noch nie so einen Reinfall über Booking.com erlebt ...

- ich schreibe bewusst in das + Feld die Kritik, weil das zukünftigen Gästen VOR DER BUCHUNG angezeigt wird. Wenn ich negativ bewerte, wird das hinten bei Booking.com gereiht ... diese Bewertung gehört nach vorne! Hätte die Hotelleitung professionell innerhalb von 2 Wochen mit einer individuellen Stellungnahme geantwortet, wo auch auf alle Beschwerdepunkte eingegangen wird, dann gebe es jetzt nicht diese Bewertung online.

Frühstück einwandfrei ! Lage und ist super Ich war viel in Wien und vor Jahren schon im Hotel Westbahn zu Gast.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber für kurze Zeit geht das schon. Service ist sauber und freundlich Danke Ks.

everything in the room is new or renovated. bathroom may be improved. but we found it clean, so no problem.

Perfect for a short stay to explore Vienna

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance from train station. Perfect if you are in Vienna to explore and need a safe place for your bags and somewhere comfortable to sleep

It was alright.

Breakfast was very good and staff were very nice and welcoming.

Isolation was very poor and we could hear everything happening in the hotel, including children screaming at night. Also the room was extreamly small and not cosy.

Good but it's need to make some improvements and put more attentions

I liked the availability of the staff. The hotel is nice and the rooms was clean. The location of the hotel is also very good for reach every nevralgic point of the city.

I had a problem with my room because the weather was so hot and the room was under sun all day without air-conditioned. Was practically impossible to sleep so I ask to change room and they kindly put me in another one. Unfortunately in this "new room" the shower didn’t work. I was able to take shower because I was there with other people and I went in their room for make it. So I'm not so lucky in this period (at all) but this combination of things was not good. In general in 2023, with this climate change and in a hotel like this, is mandatory to have a system of air conditioner at least for take the humidity from the ambience and a room with a bathroom and a shower that works.

I llke everything in this hotel, its location is very close to the station and very good to access the public transportation, its clean, free access to hot drinks which means a lot to me The staff are very cooperative

the lift wasn’t working and the stairs are really narrow. Also there was a weird smell. not sure if it was mold or anything else.

simple but not enjoyable

the location only ! the receptionist - specially at night shift D Dragomirovis and Christopher helped us luggage up to the room , very very gentle and helpful!, specially no lifts to the floor. if people disable and has knee problems, don’t stay this hotel !

no air conditions if the weather so hot which will kill you , if you open the window which the traffic outside will do noisy! no hair washer or shower washer for you even thought the tube there but was empty!

For a family there should be a king bed, we were given 2 single beds joined together so there always a gap between 2 beds. NO air conditioner in room so we have to open windows for ventilation.

I would stay there again!

Great location and the staff so kind! We arrived very early and they gave us the room much earlier than the check-in time, we are very grateful for that. Also the breakfast is very good.
