El desayuno bueno y completo. Buen servicio del personal del restaurante y de limpieza, muy atentos a todo lo que se necesitaba. Buena ubicación del hotel, es central para todos los tours. Estacionamiento gratuito. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Baño grande y con agua caliente. Me gustó que tienen nevera con bebidas en la habitación.

Estaba en la habitación 521 y tuvimos problemas con el ruido del aire acondicionado en las noches. Estaba apagado y sin embargo sonaba un goteo permanente que no dejaba dormir. También deberían ser más estrictos con la gente que pide comida a la habitación sobre el protocolo para el manejo de platos y residuos. Una pareja en frente de mi habitación fue dejando la bandeja con residuos en el piso afuera de la habitación y a mi me tocó ponerme a llamar a la recepción para que vinieran a recoger los platos. Sugerimos poner doble sabana, porque se salía del colchón.

Uma boa estadia, mas que, com as comodidades oferecidas, saiu cara! Melhorem a CAMA COM URGÊNCIA!

A localização do Hotel é excelente e te dá fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos do Rio. O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo com produtos de qualidade.

A cama do meu quarto era HORRÍVEL. Uma cama de casal com DOIS COLCHÕES DE SOLTEIRO QUE FICAVAM SE SEPARANDO A NOITE, A MEDIDA QUE NOS MEXÍAMOS. Dormir não era confortável e gerou incomodos físicos! Além disso, pelo valor pago achamos o quarto "pelado"... havia um espaço enorme dentro do quarto vazio, quando poderiam colocar ao menos um sofá ou mesa tipo escritório para aproveitar melhor o espaço e reduzir o eco que o ambiente produz.

Bruit infernal qui nous a empéché de nous reposer

La localisation

Un bruit infernal toute la nuit dans tout l'hotel ,venant des appareils de climatisation , pas d'isolation phonique pas de double vitrage pour atenuer le bruit, après l'avoir signalé a la reception on m'a répondu que les appareils allaient être changés , faux car beaucoup de chambres possèdent les Splits et le bruit est le mème Deux nuits sans dormir , merci pour les recommendations de Booking

Localização ótima, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, café da manhã apenas bom.

O quarto que fiquei estava velho, com cheiro de lugar fechado há muito tempo, as janelas davam pra um pátio e parede, nenhum isolamento acústico, banheiro também antigo, desgastado.

Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast has a huge choice and is excellent. There are two wonderful restaurants 100 yards away.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned throughout my stay. Sheets weren’t changed even when dirty and didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned. I actually think I had bed bugs in my room, because I felt fairly itchy.

when we arrived the reception’s toilet was full of paper, not clean at all. the key card solid t work initially and had to be replaced. air conditioning equipment very nosy and not old. not good value for the money

The staff was efficient and very professional.

Being on the top floor with the air conditioner not working. And because we discovered this in the evening, we were too tired to call someone to fix it. With the windows open, it was very noisy.

Not a lot of touristic points around, but very walkable

Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located close to Flamengo beach and two metro stations - Catete and Largo do Machado, which is perfect if you are walking to other locations. It is not close though to main touristic places such as Copacabana and Ipanema. The room has plenty of space and the air conditioner works very well.

There was a little mold on the walls of the bathroom (probably people of the high humidity and low air circulation). But the turn-off was the Wi-Fi. It worked intermittently, so I was constantly using my mobile data to browse the internet.
