Great location

It was every close to the State Farm arena and Coke Experience place. Super clean. Well taken care of.

Only complaint is maybe the weird square toilets that were weird to use. But that’s it .

Never again

The room didn’t have a view at all and couldn’t open the blinds so the room was dark. The shower ceiling was leaking and water damage to the ceilings. The sink was stopped up.

The staff checking in was friendly, checking out she was rude and not friendly

It was ok stay. The lady Shanika who did my reservations was very nice and informative. I wanted a nicer view of downtow

It was great all around

I like the refrigerator in the room right by the bed. The water in the shower was a great temperature. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

My toilet was broken when I got there. The housekeeps opened the door while I was in the room sleeping and it woke us up.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Location was great for the event we were attending.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Also, our car was valet parked and cost us about $48. The valet parked it at a charger, it’s a Tesla, but they never plugged it in. That was kind of disappointing since we had to stop outside of Atlanta to charge.

Be prepared for parking charges!

The only thing we enjoyed about our room was the shower, which was fantastic! The staff were amazing, and so pleasant!

The room was soo small for 4 people, not much room to move. Our "view" was a parking lot, but we couldn't even really get to the window which was super small. They also charged $50 per day for parking!!!!! That was not disclosed prior.

Great stay for proximity to downtown Atlanta attractions

Great location. Amazing front staff. Very friendly and helpful staff overall. comfortable beds.

The room was very basic and could’ve used a garbage can in the bathroom and some abstract toiletries on the bathroom counter, such as hand lotion.

Would 100% stay again, great hotel and staff

Very clean and modern, location was fantastic for downtown and the sports arenas. The ladies on the front desk and the bar are worth the visit alone, super friendly bunch of girls, made us feel right at home.

Rooms could have been a little bigger but struggling to find fault otherwise.

A wonderful place to stay

When arriving we were greeted by the amazing and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a really nice shower. This hotel is perfect for events at the World Congress Center.

Not really an issue for our stay but one of the elevators was down so the wait to go up could be long at the end of the day.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great location, uncomfortable pillows

Rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, quiet, great location to State Farm arena, convenience store, late check-out time, clean rooms.

The pillows were thin and what seemed to be down stuffed pillows and very uncomfortable. When one member of our group asked for an extra pillow we were told they were not able to provide any additional pillows (group of 4, 2 pillows per person). We also thought the price for breakfast was steep (Around $20). We decided to go to another local restaurant instead.

Good location and hotel

Location was excellent for what we were doing; attending Falcons v Vikings game plus local restaurants and bars and local sightseeing. Room was very good, King size bed, good bathroom and shower. Hotel areas were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Valet parking cost was a little excessive and the rental car was dinked over the offside (drivers side) front wheel arch. Not good. Breakfast options were a little limited although food was fresh and tasty.

Emplacement central pas loin du congrès, du parc olympique donc des musées Coca Cola, Histoire Civic, Aquarium et Stade

Oublie de faire le ménage deux fois et oublie de serviettes une fois L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a offert une compensation J'ai demandé à l'accueil pourquoi l'hôtel m'a facturé des frais de taxes alors que le séjour était, dans ma réservation, tout inclus. J'attends le remboursement de 330.04 $ en sus de mes 2659.96 $ tout inclus indiqué dans la réservation passée par Booking.com. J'ai essayé de me faire entendre par les hôtesses de l'hôtel pour me faire rembourser en vain. J'espère que Booking.com pourra m'obtenir mon remboursement.

Nice Hotel, Central Location, Good Value for the Price.

Location was central to a lot of attractions in the downtown area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was nice and dark to sleep in. Staff was extremely friendly.

Fun and quiet stay!

Close to food and activities.

Only one microwave and limiting selection of breakfast. There was only one rude worker on our last day during breakfast. She wasn’t as nice as the Hispanic lady who had been over breakfast the past days.
