Would never stay again!

Hotel was clean.

The location, the parking was around the corner. It was not safe to park and walk a mile away from hotel. People beg for your money (along the street)while walking from the pissy parking garage. You had to pay every time you left garage around $25-$45. The valet was $55 a day if you chose that. Had to take 2 elevators to get to room. Communication was awful with staff. I was quoted wrong price for damage fee and charged $200 versus the $75 quoted. So now I have to wait to be reimbursed my money. There was no refrigerator or microwave in room.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Period. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing.

This is not a boutique hotel. It is subsidiary of a chain (Holiday Inn). The fancy stairwell in the photo is inoperable. All of the rooms face concrete walls unless you pay $40 more. The worst part - the morning I was to check out the water shut off while I was in the shower with a full head of shampoo and soap all over me. This is a dump. They wouldn't refund one night of my stay and I will be in touch with corporate. AVOID.

Wouldn’t stay again

Friendly and kind staff

We had to change rooms once, almost twice! First room was filthy and one of the beds had hair and food in it when we turned down the sheets. We got moved but second room had a blocked bathroom sink and we waited over an hour for maintenance.

Location is near all downtown attractions , cleanliness, spacious, and up to state facility!

The desk clerk given me the wrong room type and when I returned to inform your of the issue she insisted booking.com was out dated and none of the rooms were as pictured, another desk clerk came over and corrected her. I booked a leisure king and was given a standard queen.

Our stay was perfect, clean, family friendly, accommodating, and in a wonderful location.

Food was wonderful, the host and manager on staff were wonderful, our server was ok. The front desk staff Ciera and Thomas were amazing! They were so attentive, kind, fun, genuine, and had the best customer service.

There was not a fridge and microwave, we would have loved to have a fridge to store water.

Pleased until they refuse to refund deposit

Hotel, location and staff were great

I booked this room for my sister to take my daughter to a convention. I had prepaid for the room, but the hotel charged my sister's credit card $50 which they said was standard and would be promptly refunded once they confirmed there was no damage to the room. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded it despite speaking with hotel staff and management more than once. They assured her it would be taken care of. There was never a question that anything was damaged. I don't agree with the policy of charging as insurance and then having to do a refund.

Overall a pleasant stay in a artistic, modern downtown property offering huge value.

Downtown location close to everything is a huge plus. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. The touches of art throughout the hotel add a sense of class that can be hard to find these days. This extended to the room as well.

I didn't like having to take two separate elevators to get to my room each time. Bit of a pain. The front swindel doors were also down forcing people to push their way in. Room service could also practice a little more attention to detail.

No microwave and fridge inside room which didn’t bother me cause i like bottle drinks and i kept them cold by filling ice bucket and putting my bottle or can drinks in there. Also i ate out majority of my time

Great place to stay

The room was clean, well-kept, and modern. I first thought the hotel was well cared for, and the room layout was aesthetically appealing. The bedroom had a desk for working, the curtains blocked the sun when closed, and the bathroom was comfortable. The bathroom came with two-level shower heads with excellent water pressure. The shower had a nice feature, with the on/off separated from the shower head. There were plenty of outlets for mobile devices, and connection to the internet was a simple process. The floors were clean, and the room smelled pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was nothing to report that was adverse to the stay.

Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The food was excellent breakfast and dinner tried.

AC unit may not be working at night as felt hot and humid. Log of noise due to FBLA students and also the room next to elevator.

hotel didn’t have the best bar. needs a Starbucks. went to the Westin for coffee. didn’t like always having to go to floor 2 prior to room floor. first elevator should have the keypad. if you have a key, scan it and go to room floor. if no key, floor 2

Excellent but let down by breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with great storage and good facilities. Front desk staff were all helpful and efficient.

Efficiency did not extend to breakfast. Food only average and service poor. Better to use the food court across the street.
