The facilities were nice, the pool was smaller than we thought but everything was pretty good. The location was great and just a couple minutes from the Mercedes Benz stadium and the Coca-Cola factory and the aquarium
You have to pay for parking and it only says that once on the booking in a hidden spot. It’s valet only at $55 a night on top of the fee you already pay to stay. Also, when you are given your bill to pay, make sure they aren’t charging you for valet every night if you don’t valet every night. There’s free on the street parking very close to the building so after the first night, we parked on the street

Nothing
Where should I start, we were there for 3 days, 2 nights and I wish I knew my pet was charged a $75 fee for staying there. In addition, this hotel is in a terrible location of downtown Atlanta. We entered our room and I had to clean the kitchen myself as there was bacon on the floor from previous guests. The next morning-the toilet clogged. Called the guest services and apparently no one was available- so we fixed it ourselves. This place is overpriced for NOTHING!

The scenery from the room was nice. We were also upgraded to a suite!

The staff was great! Every morning you had a different selection of breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, extra toppings, milk, coffee juices, all kind of things. The valet guy was great. Never once acted like he got upset or aggravated regardless how many times we got our car. The people that worked front desk were awesome. The pool was very clean.
The only thing I complain about would be the water situation. The whole downtown area was out of water due to Waterlines busting they never gave a courteous call or let us know before hand so we was with out of water for the first day.

Muy cerca del acuario, 5 minutos caminando. Habitaciones muy cómodas.
Que el desayuno termina a las 9:30

Convenient location.
Inadequate parking spaces.

Location is great!
3.9
That the staff was friendly and understanding.
The fact that we have no hot water.
3.9
The views and access to Downtown.
Very little hot water, and water pressure. The parking was challenging and valet was the only option which is an extra expense to your room charge.
3.9
Spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is ok.
We waited for about 10 minutes to checkin because there was no one at the front desk at 10pm. Besides, the pressure of the shower was ridiculously low. Also, the parking is way too overpriced - $45 per day for spots out in the open.

Convenient location and good breakfast!

Great price for downtown close to the aquarium. Really good breakfast.
$45 a night valet parking . I don’t like having to find someone with my keys to get into my vehicle.

The location and area plus staff however I wish I could of been informed about how often room got
clean.
Informed about room services

The breakfast was very good. They had a very nice variety to choose from.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile.
My TV went out. I could hear it but I couldn’t see anything. I called to report the incident and a maimaintence man came up to repair it. The tv couldn’t be repaired so it was replaced with a new one. I would definitely return.
The hamburger that I ordered from the bar wasn’t good. The bread appeared to be old and stale. The meat was ok.
Hotel charges 45.00 a day for parking.

Location and breakfast
Suites with kitchen lack for of utensils. Bathroom lock didn’t work.
3.9
Very clean, up to date, nice staff at front desk. Was in walking distance to everywhere we were going. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it again until we checked out.
Ladies that worked the breakfast were very rude! Breakfast ended at 9:30, my family arrived down at breakfast at 8:45. 1/2 the food was out (potatoes, French toast sticks) and also bowls for cereal. They would not put out any more food. Also $45 a night to park is a little steep.

Valet parking in & out available $46/day and walking distance restaurants WORTH IT!

Location
Old tired hotel. Did not get suite we reserved. Got downgraded to lesser room. No hot water in bathroom sink. Dirty rooms and upstairs. I’ve machines only on a few floors.
3.9
proximity to attractions, breakfast was good, fenced and monitored parking lot (although parking was very expensive on top of expensive room rate), and that you had to be buzzed into the front door
paying for parking after paying a lot for rooms felt like extortion, bc there was no where else to park safely

I selected this property based on its location and proximity to popular family attractions. That was a major benefit. The room was pretty average. Frank at the front desk was a big help. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic touch for a family of four. We enjoyed that each morning during our stay. Would consider staying here again.
Nothing terrible about the property, but it was pretty average.
3.9
Breakfast buffet was okay. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff were great.
Pool was a bit cloudy. Air Conditioning unit was a bit loud.
3.9
The environment
Extortion. One night was charged inspite of earlier notification of delayed arrival. I didn't fine it funny. There was no good explanation to that action
3.9
The location to everything
The bathroom doors did not lock. The rooms were very small and bed were not very comfortable.
3.9
Location, breakfast and staff.
I didn’t like that they came knocking on my door asking what time I was checking out. Assume 12 , if check out is at 12! Don’t knock on the door when I have a resting in sign on the door to ask that.
I didn’t like that the comforters were very dingy looking.
Lastly, the pizza was horrible and over priced for the size.

Staff was excellent
Our room had electrical issues and staff responded quickly to remedy the situation
Breakfast menu got a little repetitive after the 4th day

The pool area was very nice! Our room was very clean and comfortable.
We were told food was available at the bar in the evening hours, but when we planned to eat dinner at the hotel Sunday evening, we were told they do not serve food at the bar on Sunday. So we had to order pizza, which was delicious! If you visit this hotel, we recommend ordering from DaVinci’s pizza!
