Services are awful. No computer, no change, breakfast was substandard and the front office people stay on the phone while customers wait. Been a Hilton Diamond member since 1989 and never experience such poor service. Will NOT stay in that property again
Unfriendly customer services, poor services substandard food

Very pleasing to the eye. The rooftop pool was nice.
No parking for guest besides valet. You can park valet if you don’t mind losing your deposit.

I didn’t have any breakfast because I wasn’t impressed with the menu plus it wasn’t free! I was on the 18th floor and I could see on the carpet that maybe the room had had a water leak or something being that it was stained and still damp but I didn’t complain about it. The bathroom mirror was dimly lit so and led light around the mirror would definitely be a plus and lower shower heads because it was was wayyyy to high (especially if your short) and better water pressure in the shower heads! Anything other the stay was alright
The shower heads are wayyyy too high and the dimly lit mirror in the bathroom! No free breakfast (for what you pay for a room) and at least offer the bottled water in the room to everyone

The location was maybe 5 min walking distance to bourbon street . The hotel was clean friendly staff !

They waited till I paid my $30 parking permit to tell me there was no ground floor

Staff was friendly and attentive so if I go back to New Orleans I definitely stay there again.
Well first room they give us it was not made yet so it was dirty but the employee of the front desk it was attentive and fix the problem right away. Other then that everything was fine

Everything was awesome except the mattress. It was not comfortable.
The bed was uncomfortable.
3.8
Everything was great. Short walk to all the attractions

Friendly staff , valet drivers was amazeee balls . Was very convenient. Felt safe you couldn’t use the elevators unless you was a guess with a key .
Wasn’t nothing i didn’t like it

Pet friendly, cheap, good location to get street cars to anywhere. Room was large, two queen beds, comfortable. Convenient on site valet parking with access to our vehicle anytime.
Bad attitude from a couple employees trying to get a couple things addressed: room key not working, ice machine not working. Housekeeping calling our room and knocking on the door at 8:15 AM on checkout day! Then I found out they overcharged me, again bad attitude from employee but I believe it was finally corrected.

I think this very good hotel in central city close with French quarter
I stay in this hotel 4 nights and housekeeper never clean my room

L’emplacement est génial: à deux blocs de Bourbon street.
L’insonorisation déficiente de notre chambre. La nonchalance, indifférence du personnel. L’aménagement qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Hilton.

I like the size of rooms and the location.
The TV didn't work and I has to go downstairs 3 times in reference to this problem. The workers at the front desk didn't know how to start TV. My husband and I waited 20 or more minutes. Finally I requested a change of room. The TV in former room was broken. Most of workers don't speak English. The front desk attendants do but they have to speak Spanish to relay message to guy working on TV. It was a mess.
Toilet in bathroom continued to run.

The room was very spacious for 1 person with a ok view of the city. The hotel's location is in close distance to the French Quarter and the Central Business District. The bathroom was clean, and housekeeping kept the room clean and resupplied the room with fresh linen, bathroom necessities, and coffee daily.
Also, it was convenient to have the outdoor pool and the small gym on the same floor. Plus, the ability to get breakfast and/or dinner on the same floor as the lobby. The hotel wifi was good to use but you need to remind yourself it's unsecured.
I've informed the hotel stay that the safe in my hotel room was low on battery and it never got fixed. Also, they didn't have filtered water to buy for people who travel with a CPAP. Their food prices are extreme for dinner. All purchases for basic snacks need to be purchased at the front desk. I wish they had an electronic kiosk to purchase basic snacks.

Nice clean an safe also short walk to Burbon street
Nice safe area

I liked that it was quiet and the public areas were clean.
My bathroom door couldn't close because the hinges were so rusty and there was rust in the tub as well. Also, I would leave the property for hours in the morning then come back around 3pm and the house keeping staff would just be getting around to my room. Also, there was a funny smell coming from the AC that kind of smelled like mold. My allergies were set off and I would start sneezing as soon as I hit the door.

I loved the location!! The rooms were clean and the hotel.
3.8
Really central hotel, great big rooms and well laid out. All things you needed were there. Location was excellent and parking really efficient. Gym well equipped and the pool on top floor was a bonus
The bar and coffee shop was never open in the two days we were there and the reception area felt very unused.

I couldn’t download my material using the paid Wi-Fi.

Location
The staff was RUDE ASF!!!! Lauren Matamoros, the Executive Housekeeping Manager made false accusations against my husband and myself. She said the room was smoked out which was A LIE!!! I was charged a bogus charge of $250 for a Smoking fee and DID NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE ROOM. If so, they would have asked us to leave. I guess she needed them lil Two Fiddy🤣 It’s a SHAME how she scheming people out of their money by making FALSE ACCUSATIONS!!! I wonder how many other customers has she SCAMMED by adding BOGUS CHARGES to their account upon CHECK-OUT👀

I like that you needed your key to go to your floor. Since we were in NEw Orleans, you can never be to careful.
Everything was great.

I like my stay. I will stay here again. It's a convenient location and you can walk to everything. The hotel staff was phenomenal. I didn't have a bad experience at all. I wanna give a special thank you to Kendrick. Because he made sure my family and I we're good when it came to our rooms. He has very good customer service and he is very personable.

Close enough to walk to bourbon street and places to eat
Bathroom tub wouldn’t stop leaking and the bed wasn’t that comfy either
3.8
It was super close to everything.
The price of the room plus the price of parking on top of it. One would figure paying that much for the room, that parking would be included. Also, I also figured that it would be much nicer than it was. It was literally a standard hotel room with no breakfast provided.
3.8
Service was good, Keurig machine in the room & good quality coffee!
A smoke detector in the room was missing, Paint was sagging off parts the walls and ceiling from a previous apparent water leak. Formation of pink mold starting in the bathroom corners in the shower. Way too high of a price to stay at a hotel in that condition.
3.8
I didn’t like how front desk wrote down my room complaint upon arrival, stated that they would forward the issue to the manager to expedite a room change. I checked back the next day and no note was written or given to the manager, there was no room change request submitted the previous day at all.

3.8
Location was within walking distance to Bourbon St. Price was reasonable, room was clean and bed comfortable.
Pillows, and lighting in bathroom. Would be nice to have a makeup mirror. Parking was way overpriced at $45 per night after taxes. They charge $25 per night if you are not staying at the hotel. Should be the other way around.

The location was fantastic and so was our elderly mahogany bartender! The front desk staff, a mahogany gentleman was also very helpful.
The bed claimed to be a king, which I highly doubt it was. If you even sat on the bed, it was squeak, you sit up on the bed it squeaks. It was a terrible bed and so was the mattress! The room itself was fine. It came with a refrigerator and microwave which we utilize and there was no soundproofing under the door so we could hear everything from outside, as far as proximity to outside, there was none and we were on the 14th floor (1406). Management, you should address this problem!
3.8
I like that the elevator buttons don't work without your key
Having to wait a long time for someone to come help at the front desk but I think they were doing other things and didn't realize people were at the desk, so they should have 2 people or a way to notify of people waiting. I did get locked out of my room, but the guy was there very quick to change the battery in the handle. This place was great, I will stay here again!
3.8
The property was nice conveniently located.
Kindred was excellent with making sure our accommodations were met at check in.
The mattresses were too hard, the bed was very squeaky, the shower head is way too high to reach for adjusting, the railing in the wall in the shower is in an awkward place, better lighting needed in bathroom and a full length mirror is needed in the bedroom or near the bathroom.
