There was mildew on the duvet and the room generally was unclean. Breakfast was inedible - I had what I can only describe as a raw egg on my plate. I ended up booking another hotel and leaving this one.
2.0
The hotel was nice, the beds super comfortable and excellent drinks at the bar
Very very loud- no sound buffering in the walls. Primary problem was all the hidden fees. I paid for everything upfront for two nights which said taxes and fees included. But on check out they charged tax on the room for each night as well as charging $45/night PLUS $5.00 tax ($100 for two nights) to park on their property. This was above and beyond what we tipped the valet. Anyone in town could park in their garage for the same amount which was posted at $45/day (and whoever heard of charging tax on parking fees??), so I feel like since we paid a premium for the room and stayed two nights- the parking should have been validated and free as a guest, especially when my booking said “Paid with all taxes nd fees included”. When I tried to get customer service to explain this to me- they were very short and rude and said they were allowed to charge this. I told them I don’t believe I would stay there again because they didn’t disclose any of the extra fees at booking which was required to be prepaid, and customer service said “that’s fine, one person taking away their business isn’t going to make dent to us”. So no, $100 did not break me but it was the principle and rude customer service which makes me feel like I wouldn’t want to stay at a Sheraton again- at least in New Orleans as there may be different policies at other locations

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms.
Staff not overly helpful, often felt we were a nuisance. Bar not open until 5 pm.
Really noisy rooms, right on Bourban St, great if you don't come back until 3/4 in am but for us the noise was awful from the clubs and bars.
Wouldn't return and would recommend it. I think the price you can get much better value elsewhere.

Chambres propre, fonctionnelle, moderne et entièrement rénovée. L'emplacement est idéal sur Bourbon Str. Parfait pour entamer la visite de la ville. Certainement le plus central de toute la ville;

I love how the property is literally on bourbon street easily accessible to the night life and daytime activities. Literally a 5 min walk everywhere including to Jefferson’s Square.
I didn’t like how it had roaches baby roaches with eggs on the 5 floor. They moved us to an upgraded room however with a balcony view.

Everything was great as far as the Hotel. Room was comfortable and didnt hear any noise at all. Room was very clean and staff was friendly.
This has nothing to do with my stay, what i didnt like was the extreme heat, yes i know where i was and what month it was but boy was it hot.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Only thing I didn't like was that my eating utensils and glass was dirty. I noticed it halfway thru my meal. Everything must be cleaned and washed properly before a patrons food is put on it and served to them.

In a great location. The property was beautiful. The pool area is really nice and the bar had plenty of room. The stag was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I really enjoyed our room with balcony.
4.0
location, bed was comfortable
lots of street noise during day (roadwork) then later on it was very loud with music. The windows/balcony doors do not block much noise.

Balcony, and proximity.
Restaurants were lacking and no room service.

Nothing to be honest- so many better options out there in the French Quarter.
Staff was rude, facilities were dated, felt like a cheap motel room.

I really enjoyed the hangover burger at breakfast everyday 😂 Also, Ms. Sherika was very helpful and I appreciate her flexibility with the payment options.
The room billing on credit card charges were excessive. How many times does a card need to be charged for the entire stay if I have a card on file for incidentals and you know the end of my stat? I was charged about $30 over and had to go back over my billing to make sure it was correct. I guess they charge individually and then altogether but my card was processed too many times for it to be a one room charge

Property had very comfortable beds.
Property was extremely noisy, we stayed on weeknights (not the weekend) and had to sleep with ear plugs in every night purely from the noise from nearby venues and the drummers on the streets drumming on plastic buckets.
The cafe/restaurant food available at the hotel was extremely limited and was not nice, it was just low quality stuff with no nutritional substance.
Hotel still hasn’t responded to me about a package arriving under my name that was due there before I checked in.

Location perfect
Food was extremely poor both in selection and quality

The very best location in the Quarter and the staff was amazing!!!
The prefect balcony over Bourbon. The concierge and the rest of the staff was so accommodating and helpful! The valet recommended Deini's and the concierge recommended Iberville Cuisine and BOTH were exceptional!

Loved that it was on bourbon
Got charged 3 times and only got one payment back!

Close to lots of things (central location), mostly comfortable, staff was mostly attentive
The floor I stayed on smelled strongly of vomit and the room as well (though less so). We mentioned it to the front desk -- one employee seemed concerned, while another was rather dismissive. Breakfast was also confusing and not the best service.

Location, great staff, super valet people (especially Chris and Evan)!!!

Food availability at the hotel. Did not quite seem up to the other aspects of the stay
5.0
The location so we could be in the heart of the French Quarter.
Large windows on main floor looking out onto activity but not being in the midst of, if you didn’t want to be.
Nothing negative to say.

As a travel germaphobe, I REALLY loved that the hotel was updated and clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.
I was not prepared for the amount of French Quarter party noise seeping in through the walls. Fortunately, I can sleep through a hurricane so it didn't disturb my sleep.
