I loved the location, cleanliness and security measures. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Beautiful, clean room and great bar/restaurant downstairs. We also appreciated the locked underground car parking.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the Vancouver Wine & Jazz festival. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and bar with excellent food and the best employees! The hotel provides room service for in-room meals. The security is great and we felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is available (per day charge) and easily accessed from the lower level garage. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. We never had to drive during our 3 night stay. The hotel staff are courteous and polite and promptly attended to our service requests. Although the hotel room had a coffee pot and complimentary coffee pods, there is a small coffee shop/kiosk on the lobby level selling coffee, snacks, other refreshments.
We have no complaints. Our only recommendations to management: install air vents in the bathrooms, include a small microwave in the rooms, and provide complimentary iced water dispenser in the lobby.

The breakfast option was good on one of the days the wait was long, but that is some thing to expect. The underground parking was good and secure as there are a lot of homeless in the area and the break-ins would be a problem.
There was a homeless camp from the view of the room. As there is an open grass area with a fence I would believe keep the homeless safe. Also, there was a good amount of homeless roaming in the area. As I did look for a place to stay, I picked the pricer one to avoid that problem.

The bed was extra comfortable. The location was great, we were close to lots of amazing restaurants, bars, and COFFEE shops. The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained.

We were told at check in that the room we booked was unavailable and we were down graded to a cheaper room; however, we were charged for the nicer room. When I asked for the difference to be refunded, I was told they couldn’t do that.

Nice upscale hotel centrally located in downtown Vancouver and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and other events and activities like the farmers market and the wine & jazz festival at the park which is across the street from the hotel. Nice indoor pool. Lovely restaurant serving great food; breakfast, lunch and dinner and a bar is directly adjacent to this hotel. Very nice restaurant staff. Starbucks coffee shop is located in the lobby area. Great security all around the building as well as in the garage. We felt very safe in this hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Nice hotel staff, and they were very accommodating. Easy access to the freeway.
Nightly rate is pricey and you have to pay $29 per day to park in the underground garage.

Hotel rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Wifi was fast and it was in a good location to check out the waterfront.
The breakfast was awful. You get a voucher for the onsite restaurant but you are bound to the same breakfast every day. Its not a buffet, its a plate with eggs, bacon and bread. And while there are other breakfast options on the menu, you are not allowed to substitute it, even when the other options are cheaper than the "American breakfast" you are getting. I am not interested in eating the same breakfast with no choice for 4 days so I would not recommend getting the breakfast included. Also the park next to the hotel is a bit shabby and quite a few homeless around. Overall, would stay in a different hotel in Vancouver next time.

We liked how well the hotel is kept, very clean looking like new. The beds are very comfortable. The coffee in room able to make 2 cups at once was very nice to have. The staff was very helpful when we needed anything.
It seemed like it was kept pretty cool. We had to walk past a couple big vents getting off the elevator that blew really cool air. I believe I heard other people mentioning the same thing.
