Asked front desk several times to fix shower backing up on a week long stay. Never got fixed. Also power went out completely day of check out at 9am. Extremely hard to pack up. Pool not working. Stayed in Family suite. No windows for priciest room. Paid parking $18 a day

Rooms were very clean.
Would like to see more than one restaurant inside tho.

rooms are located close to convention room
no coffee for rooms. Coffee was provided on the first day and then I was told they were out of coffee for the next several days.
No Housekeeping service… even after several days. i finally got them to visit on the 6th day, while I was in meetings. the beds were made but that was all, No refresh of the bathroom, and… the worst part, my door had been left open. i received an apology phone call from the manager.
the restaurant has very limited offerings and no accommodation for allergens. i found this quite odd for an international airport hotel.
the pool
and spa were broke the whole time

Close to PDX, free shuttle
We chose this hotel for an overnight stay before flying to the East Coast because the description said they had an indoor pool and hot tub.
There was no mention of the pool being closed; we only found that out when we went downstairs, searched for the pool, and saw that it was being remodeled!
We ended up getting some of the money refunded but we were still frustrated because we had been looking forward to a nice evening in a hot tub.
On top of all of this, they forgot to give us breakfast vouchers so they wanted to charge my husband for the breakfast that had already been paid for.
There was a fraternity meeting at the hotel that night and the young men kept a lot of guests up almost all night, on many floors. The staff was unable to cope with the loud and drunk frat boys, despite getting multiple noise complaints from the other guests. Too bad.

Room was great, fantastic location and quiet (for being next to an airport!)
The shower/bath was way to small. Water ended up going on the floor and I had to put a towel down to catch it. On top of that the handle was broken and easily would come off so I had to keep pushing it on.

It was immediately available for my last minute flight change.
The airport shuttle was a bit less than what I expected. They were on a rotation, and thus you couldn’t call it when you wanted it.

It was close to the airport for the next day leaving portland.
The front lady at the front desk was very rude unfriendly, the guy at the concession stand was very nice... The gate did not work going from the front desk to the room...

When my plane flight was cancelled by Southwest, I ended up in Portland a day later. They cancelled the first night without charging me and switched me to the next night. The shuttle service was excellent and I did not even have to wait. The food at their restaurant was excellent.
The television doesn't default to the channel you were previously watching when you turn back on. You select watch TV and the channel. The refrigerator is crammed into a small space and it is an effort to close

proximity to airport…noise from planes was not very noticeable to me
TV didn’t work. we called for help, and they fixed it, then it had a different issue and we gave up. end of the trip too tired to keep dealing with the issue

nice welcome from reception
used the coffee machine in the room and the coffee came out with an oily film on it. Suspect the machine needs a good clean. Hotel is a bit tired and it didn't feel like a treat stepping into the room.

This is a great location right next to the airport and they have a free shuttle bus to get you to your flight.
This building seems pretty dated and needs a refresh.

the mattress of the bed was comfy. There was hot water in the bathroom. The towels were clean.
The carpet could not have been soaking wet. The pillows could have been soft...at least one of them could have been usable for a back sleeper.

close to airport surprisingly good bar. excellent cocktails and food. Thai chicken skewers as good as any restaurant
