The stay was okay but not what I expect from a Hilton.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great.

We all got spa rash from using your spa. The breakfast we paid for was poor quality and the tables were dirty. We weren't even there when it was busy. Also, the people at the check-in/check-out desk were not very friendly or interested in us.

Great place for a quick visit and a single traveler.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a female traveling alone. I felt very safe. Nice breakfast selections as well.

The price was a bit higher than comparable properties.

comfortable stay for travelers

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight. We were welcomed quickly at 2:30 am. They extended our check out by an extra hour. Spacious room. Hot and good breakfast, real eggs. Very friendly staff

Music from housekeeping in the hallway woke us up earlier than planned.

Poor management on duty

Oi asked what time the kitchen closed and the bar and was told 10pm, this was at my 8:30pm check in, I chose the hotel partially because of the restaurant. At 9pm I went down and the bar and kitchen were closed, I was handed a printout of area restaurants that deliver. This is totally unacceptable especially since I had just inquired.

The employees working at the bar seemed as if we bothered them when we checked in. The front desk associate informed us that the bar would be open a little longer but they didn’t smile at all.

It was OK despite the warm room temperature.

The room was comfortable for the most part, very clean and pleasant.

The cooling/airconditiong system was not working well. Knowing that there were high temperatures outside I was not comfortable since I could not get the room temperature to move below 75 degrees -- I set the temperature at 67 degrees. In the bathroom the lighting is not very bright especially above the sink. Not having anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom was inconvenient.

The room was comfortable and a good size and very clean.

The room doors slam shut so it’s very loud when you and other people are coming and going. They ran out of clean towels in the evening and could not provide them when requested.

I liked the fact that for the most part it was quiet. The hot tub an and pull area was nice.

Good

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Adequate is probably the right word for this Hotel. OK but not spectacular. Good for a night or two while traveling.

Nothing was as scheduled chlorine was crazy high, and staff could not care less. We had to be out at 8am so I made sure breakfast was scheduled for seven as advertised. At 7 nothing was ready, lights were out staff were just walking around. I checked with staff at 7:15, then 7:30 they could not care. Son was there for a big event and needed to eat. If we had a plane to catch we would be screwed. Nothing was ready until 8 both days so we ended up with a couple pieces of toast and a bagel as we ran out the door. BTW We had paid extra for the bed and breakfast. Big waste of money. Chick fila and Mcds are right down the road so we grabbed something there. Pool area was WAY too hot and I realize public pools have higher Chlorine but we had to open both doors inside pool area just to stay in there. Water did not seem too bad so maybe there is a leak or storage issue somewhere. Either way don't stay too long it can't be healthy.

No fan in the bathroom. Mirror gets all steamed. Lighting in bathroom not great for makeup.
