The bathroom wash sink kept on clogging up one cleaning lady had unclogged it, but still clogged up again, had only a small piece of soap to wash with. Only had a few tv stations to watch, very disappointed. Should get some of our money back

I liked the breakfast service. I liked the comfort that the room provided. I liked particular staff members who were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a shuttle service to the airport provided every half an hour. It was quiet and I was able to rest without disturbance (only once by room cleaner). I liked the furniture in the room - a desk and chair to work, and a sofa to lie on to watch TV and range of lights. The art works on the wall were dark but interesting.
I did not like the dirty carpet in the general walk ways. I did not like that the window blind broke when I tried to adjust it. While there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no jug to boil water for making tea, or cups to drink from, The hot water urn on level one for making tea was not very hot. I noticed that a couple of items were missing from my bags, but this cold have happened at a previous place. The room heater didn't seem to be working.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Requested at the front desk to have washcloths sent up and to have the inoperable shade fixed, both of which were done in a timely manner.
Requested at the front desk to replace the fitted sheet which was too small and torn, which was not done.

The location is very convenient. And the pool access is nice. Plus I liked the breakfast food.
You have to pay for parking now. Before it was not a necessity. And the check in and check out was very slow.

It was okay. I only stayed for 2 nights. Nothing special about the hotel for the price
It was not squeaky clean. There were traces of hair on the floor. The sheets had spots of dirt. For the price, I didn’t think it was really worth it. They charge a $75 per day incidental which I didn’t know about before hand.

On checkout the receptionist refunded me half my bill, took off for one of my two night's stay because of the mess up about my room, which was better than nothing. As a Hilton Honors member I have had good experiences with the company, so I wasn't going to leave without redress. But, see comment under what I didn't like, customers take note!!
I paid for my room ahead of time: one room with two two queen size beds as I was traveling with my son. We visited with friends during the day and were held up so I messaged the hotel to let them know we would be checking in at around 9.00 pm or later. I received a friendly, polite response saying it would be noted. However, when we arrived our room had been given to somebody else. I was told that their policy is to overbook. I pointed out that the room was meant to be kept till midnight before being given to another customer, but it was implied I should have come earlier, i.e. first come first served!. (Great for people arriving on delayed flights then!) We were given all that was left, a king room with one bed and a roll-away would then be brought up. I accepted this as we were exhausted but the roll-away didn't arrive. It took 3 trips down to reception and over an hour before it was delivered, and that happened only because another member of staff chatting at the desk offered to do it. The receptionist simply didn't didn't care. This hotel was rather grubby, pretty tired-looking, although the room was reasonably clean. In public areas, esp corridors, all that old stained carpeting needs to be replaced!

Breakfast was decent and rooms were comfy
This is was our go-to hotel but it seems like they really let property go. Im gonna assume lack of staff. Everyone was nice and bed was comfy. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was they were going to charge us $18 to park (never had to in past). When I got the bill I wasn't charged but still that "parking fee" wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked.

Excellent breakfast
Too noisy. Running up and down the hallways and loud pool games after midnight

Breakfast has a good variety. Outdoor swimming pool was not large but clean. Microwave in each room was useful. Parking is spacious, free, and available in all direction around the hotel. Coin laundry was available and helpful.
Walking space in the room is relatively narrow.

Location to the airport was great
Everything, rooms were dirty, the faucet wasn’t even connected, Bobby pins were all over the floor, water damage all over, stains on the bedding. The wait time with the front desk was ridiculous way too long. Peeling paint in the bathroom, the smell was horrific. The only reason we stayed because we had to because we had a medical emergency between flights. I will never stay at a Hampton inn again.

they called us a no show and gave away our room. we had nowhere to sleep at 2:00 AM, we were 2 adults and 2kids. three other sets of guests arrived and were also told their rooms had been given away. there was a lot of yelling and crying. don’t ever let anyone book this hotel.
we had no room ar at 2:00 AM. I’d already paid for our room and want my money back.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were nice. Very close to the airport and only about 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Close to a gas station.
There are paint spots on the bathroom floor and shower curtain. The bathtub drain needs to be cleaned of hair so it drains faster.

everything is good, except the staff
My flight was at 5am, the shuttle did not come in time, I wait for 30 mins and finally I Uber by myself. the thing is about her attitude, when I ask her, she: I don’t know , you can Uber. That’s it! without any regrets or smiles, she is not helpful at all.

the location was perfect to where we needed to be in Philly.
We were unable to be at the hotel between 3-12 to check in and were told when we got there that they were overbooked by 12 rooms, so if we wanted to get a room we had to be there at 3. The front desk staff were not willing to help us figure out how to check in early or after the stated window. We were told the manager said no on the phone and when we asked to speak to someone, the manager came right out, took our information and helped us check in early. It was a very strange and frustrating situation but the manager was friendly, understanding, and kind.

Good location, very decent size room and bathroom, both clean and tide.
Nice touch was the charger for electric vehicles on the parking lot.
The housekeeping only upon request and at least 24 hours in advance.
