Great location, price and setup, but terrible bed.

The location was great, there is a free shuttle bus stop straight across the road so there's no need to walk up to the resort and there is a shopping mall across the road. It was great value in regards to expensive whistler. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped enough for a couple to spend the week. Undercover parking was also great.

The bed was terrrrrrible! So were the pillows. Both are well past their replacement dates. There's nothing worse than coming home after a day on the slopes and having to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I know it's cactus as it's sinking in the middle and it's hard and lumpy. The pillows are rock hard and lumpy as well. A new mattress and new pillows and I'd be giving Symphony Condos a 10 rating but unfortunately it soured our stay a bit. Id hope that management replace them soon.

Terrible parking lot

After what happened with my car it is really difficult to say anything good...

Due to a very tight parking lot, someone clearly kicked the door of my car. No scratches, but it is smashed... I hope they have cameras to find the drunk stupid human being responsible for this...

Great self-catering studio within easy walking distance of the Whistler Village

Excellent location and fully equipped studio, that was warm, clean and comfortable to stay in.

If the owner would make the late entry easier and soundproof the windows, I would give it a 9+

It was warm and so comfortable. There was convenient underground parking. There was everything necessary for cooking. There was a big comfortable bed. Located right on the square with a supermarket and other shops. There were washers and dryers.

There is practically no soundproofing of the windows. You hear all the cars that arrive at the parking lot from 6 a.m. until late in the evening, as if they are 2 meters from your ear. My plane landed in Vancouver airport late, so my arrival in Whistler was also late. It was difficult to enter the house. That was no breakfast

Very good

It was clean and had everything we needed for a week- loved the hot tub and location is close to supermarket and easy to get the bus to the gondola or walk.

Overall it was great and the condo was affordable!

I loved the location! I also loved that it had so many amenities such as the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The hot tub was the highlight for me! the water temp. was actually hot and the jets were strong! much needed after running Whistler Alpine Meadows 25 km race!

There was only one parking stall and there is no option to purchase a visitors pass.

Very comfortable!

The room was very nice, kitchen fully stocked. We had a problem with the hair dryer and called and someone came out right away to make it right.

Exceptional

Everything. Location was real close to Olympic Village, grocery store and restaurants.

We requested a pack-n- play for our 1 year old granddaughter but never got confirmation whether or not we could get one so we arranged to bring a rental. Upon arrival, there was one in our unit. Great to have, but would have been nice to get notified ahead of time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Symphony and would book here again!

Unit 14 was quiet, within easy walking distance of the village, and had a great fireplace. We appreciated the condo’s indoor entry area equipped with ski holders & hooks.

The only down side for us was the allotted parking spot for this unit. We drove a truck and it was extremely tricky to maneuver in & out of the parking spot with the surrounding cement supports. this would not be an issue for regular sized cars though.

Good Value for Whistler

Condo complex was beautiful and the hot tub was lovely. The bed was soft and comfortable. Communication with the management team was great - they were very prompt and friendly in their responses. Location was wonderful. Unit was a bit small, but overall a we were very comfortable there. Great value for a stay in Whistler.

Could have been a bit cleaner. (Corners of bathroom, doors, around the drains in the sink and tub) Missing some basic cooking utensils like a spatula. The fireplace would only work if we removed the front grate and used the igniter button. Using the thermostat as directed did not work. The toilet decided to stop working on our second last day there, and would only flush (even with nothing in the toilet) every couple of attempts.
