Shared amenities were kept very clean. There's a separate locker room for all of your ski gear. The location was so close to the ski lifts! Great for solo travelers who just want to ski/snowboard.
It's possible to get bad podders in the shared space. But that's not the hotel's fault, just something to consider.

The location was amazing. Ski/gear storage area was great. POD was comfortable! Pods have curtains for privacy. Food/drinks at restaurant great.
The whistler price tag still hurts.
5.0
it was very conveniently located, the staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable, facilities were clean
pod shorter than i thought hahah bumped my head a few times, parking was quite expensive
4.5
Excellent facilities, great for riding the park and staying for a few nights. This place has everything you'll need to enjoy some time in Whistler.
People talking loudly in the rooms late at night - this could be prevented with clearer instructions on noise policies.

Good location right in the centre of the town. Clean space, good shared facilities. Great to have private space for 2 people in a hostel! Really quirky and unusual set up wish there were more places like this.

Everything is super new, super clean, and done smart! Was amaized.
Pod by itself is pretty big & cozy!
Nothing bed to say..

Really cool vibe. Great security. Very clean pods and facilities. friendly staff.
Nothing! Loved it all.

Very cozy pods without the claustrophobic feel. The room had a graphic that gave simple yet effective info of all thins related to you stay. Even had a small picture frame to make you feel at home
Can't think of any
3.5
Good location and a cheaper option in Whistler
Check in is painful, there is a lot of upselling before you can complete the computerised process. The pods do not lock, there is a curtain in each one and you pay for a locker to store valuables.
3.5
location
extra charges for parking
small sleeping area

I liked the convenience of the location
Having to pay to store large luggage when it doesn’t mention anywhere that there is a cost or that there is not in pod storage for luggage
4.0
I shouldn't have to remind staff to clean my pod when I have requested it. It should be done if they have asked and I respond yes

I came here with my girlfriend to enjoy the Whistler. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the village. Room was nice and clean, workers were very nice. I highly recommend this place.
4.5
Great stay in a perfectly organized Pod hotel. Location is right in the village center - 100m to gondolas, 100m to bus stop. Locker room for Ski perfect, good breakfast (might take a while), spacey pod with separate place for suitecase. Surprisingly quiet.

Breakfeast is good.
a little too expensive

Good spot for a solo traveller. Staff are super helpful. The hotel has a nice bar area which has plenty of options for food and drinks.
The 4pm check in time is quite late in the day. The staff do have a luggage room available though if you arrive early to ski/snowboard.
5.0
great staff, well thought out for a pod style hotel
pod got a little hot at times, sleeping quaters are closed for a few hours each day for cleaning
5.0
location and staff
the pod could use a better fan system, they can get a little hot
3.5
location & ability to store skis & luggage before/after checkout :)
no kitchen, fridges or microwaves available at all…so I couldn’t even buy stuff for breakfast or make sandwiches for the ski day. it’s expensive and you end up needing to eat out at every meal. they do have a restaurant and serve breakfast, coffee and pizzas but that’s about it.

Location was good for the main village area
Overall level of comfort and cleanliness needs improving. Facilities were often crowded with a feeling that your belongings were not always safe. Biggest issue was a clear lack of good cleaning in bathroom areas which led a constant concern over how clean the entire property was. Asked for the issue to be resolved, took 2 days and several requests to get the bathroom cleaned, wasn't fully cleaned by the end of my stay.
5.0
location, clean facilities
our pod got quite hot and the fan was a tad loud! But still very comfortable!!
5.0
Great location, cute pods but big enough to sit up in and move around, bathrooms are super cool and good size lockable storage under the bench in front of the pod.

Loved the POD! it was a super cool experience, Super Clean and the location is Amazing!
The Pod was clean & pretty big, Stayed here for 5 days and it was superior experience.
Bike storage was extra $

The location is great and the concept is interesting.
As the pod is only enclosed by a curtain there is no security for one's belongings. While there is a small locker (you have to bring a lock yourself), there is not much space to store your stuff. There are more lockers near the reception, however they are as well way too small to fit anything bigger like a backpack or suitcase. That led to many suitcases standing there outside of the lockers.
1.5
Clean sheets, nice pillows
- awful customer service
- misleading website info
- lots of extra charges for things that should be complimentary
- stressful sleep because of absence of pods' doors
- lack of privacy cause no doors
- no secure storage available
- tiny insecure locker that doesn't even have a lock
- no paper towels or hand driers near the sink, toilet or shower
- no sound isolation cause no doors; very noisy
- long check in process
- long deposit return
4.0
Easy check in. Staff was helpful
Seems like it is a nickel and dime for anything over just a pod.
3.5
located in a wonderful area and was very clean ,beds were comfortable.
no food is allowed,no kitchen and staff was not that friendly, breakfast was too expensive and not a great value ,parking price was expensive although there was free parking in the city.
