Great location close to everything, host was very responsive and parking was good. Room had a wonderful kitchen and bathroom as well.
It was very loud at night people yelling down below at 2 in the morning and the pullout bed was very uncomfortable.

loved the location
windows need proper blinds or curtains - very bright at night - sadly local drunks screamed in the street every night outside at 1-2am - we got very little sleep - maybe 1-2 hours every night

A great condo in an excellent location

Excellent location for mountain biking. Loved the bike storage.

No breakfast
Worst experience ever. No check in instructions provided or access code. No customer service to help me get my code was stranded outside until I got a hold of someone from a different hotel. The amenities didn’t work, washing machine or dryer. The place was too small for 6 and the price was way too high for such a worn out old place. We stayed at the westin for the rest of our stay for only 250 more.

The location is great, central and well balanced for all the various activities for the various people. The space is great for the number of people. Beds and furnishing are comfortable and clean. On-site parking and bike/ski storage rooms are very convenient, clean and safe.
We were a multi generational family. Though location was great, the noise level from the outside could be problematic for when the Village gets really busy, with music and voices from the nearby bars and pubs. Should be fine for adults, but could be problematic for families with young kids.

It's a really lovely apartment and so centrally located. The location is unbeatable. Amenities are all provided. The apartment was fairly clean and so were the bathrooms.
We had an extra car and were told to park at a nearby hotel (I think Pan Pac) but that was closed when we arrived, which was quite confusing. But we called the lodging manager and were given a spot to park in the underground car park so that was great :)

having to enter 10 digits number to open the door ruined everything

location is unbeatable.
shower pressure in one of the bathrooms was a trickle.

Location was good with good storage available for skis. Warm apartment with good kitchen and bathrooms.
Poor storage that could have been organised better. Poor access to the laundry which was behind a sliding door. No drying area. Very small second bedroom which accomodated three children. Not allowed to use fireplace. Very noisy in the evenings particularly if there was an event at one of the pubs/bars in the area.

It is well equipped, I had everything I needed & more. Its location is perfect. Staff is super friendly, kind & helpful.
I wish the name of the property was in front of the building, so you can find it easily. But that’s not a problem at all.

The location was awesome, cannot be any better. You are literally in the closest building to the ski lift and the main Village Gondola. The unit is directly above Longhorns but the noise is NOT bothersome. IWe would definitely stay in this location again. If you are looking for the convenience of a short walk to the slopes and a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants etc you cannot beat this location. The unit was nicely furnished and clean upon arrival. There were a few items we thought could have been a little better but overall we would stay here again.
The amenities in the unit could have been a bit more extensive. A unit for 12 people had limited cookware, we had only two small trash bags and no way to get more, and there was some damage to the unit. Also there is only one parking spot for a unit that sleeps 12 people. That was disappointing. When renting "The Penthouse" we expected a bit more. Not to mention the fire alarm went off at least 5 times during our stay. This was eventually rectified and the company was responsive, but when you have to leave the unit at 9 PM and again at 7 AM it is frustrating.

location
poor heat; freezing when we arrived because the instructions are to lower the heat to 15 degrees on check out; radiant floor heating takes a long time to heat up the condo. The open oven wad our heat source.

Great location, very close to gondolas and easy access to the village. Room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Parking was a little tight - make sure to check your vehicle height ahead of time as most garages are 6'8" limits and we had trouble even with the taller garage option that was 6'10".

Top notch place. Clean, spacious and fantastic location for skiing - cannot be any closer to the chair lifts.
Facilities are great, fully equipped kitchen, the heated floor bathrooms were wonderful. Staff were also super responsive when we messaged.
Some other reviews we saw complained about the sparsity of the condos, with minimal decorations. We actually like it this way, it is minimal, functioning and clean facilities, rather than places full of stuff that carry dust who knows what. Minimal, but super comfortable.

The "touchless" check-in and check-out were nice and easy, and the messaging system works very efficiently during office hours. We hardly had any difficulty in accessing the parking lot and through to our unit. The messages and instructions prior to our trip are well-detailed.
Nothing really except for the incident this morning when we were checking out that the elevator was out of work and could not be called up. We did message back and forth with the staff and were offered to stay beyond the check-out time till the elevator is fixed. This is the only time I wish someone could have called me and spoken to me instead of just exchanging messages.

The over all communication and guest experience was not meeting the mark with the price we paid. They changed my original booking since there is a flood in the room but I didn't receive any notification with the update and new code to enter the door. Our first night didn't have water to shower and the contact number they left in the email and room lead to another hotel's reception which could not help to resolve any issue we encountered in the property. There is no way to ask for urgent/additional help if you want to reach the hotel staff outside of their working hour.
They mentioned the gusts stay at Gibbons can receive discount at their partnered venues. However, those associated venues and staff seem not aware of the discount or benefits that the guests stay at Gibbons can have. I had to explain several times and made multiple phone calls to make things happen. The services are so scattering and created friction for the overall staying experience.

Great location, up market apartment feel to the building, comfortable beds, great view in the top floor Mountain View room. perfect location right at the start of the Fitz lift.
No front desk, all done electronically. Due to the excellent location, it does get a little noisy at night from the bars.

Apartment was very comfortable, quiet. During working hours managing company was able to address questions.
It was very challenging to find the building, due to being called Carlton Lodge, not Gibbons Life Accommodation (managing company name). I arrived after 5 so the management company was closed for the day and the after hours number was not answered. I found the building due to having a name in an email reporting that there would be fire alarm testing at the building during my stay.
Parking was also tricky to find, as it is is co located at another hotel.
