Beautiful property.
I booked 2 rooms on Booking.com. I was charged more for one room than the other. They said it was because I had booked them on Booking.com. When I arrived at the property they gave us 2 adjoining rooms which were identical.

Pool and hot tub were great. Valet worked very well. Overall feel of resort was very nice.
Rooms are getting a little tired. The HVAC units in the room are noisy and erratic.

The bellmen!
The "view" from my patio was the ugly roof of the hotel. The room smelled musty.

No driving 🤗 perfect for shopping, restaurants, walking
Nothing everything was perfect

The exterior is beautiful, and you cannot beat the location. There are many shops. We enjoyed dining on the patio. The chapel is amazing, and the service was mostly good. Repeat: You cannot beat the location.
The room was dark and gloomy as were the halls. We had two double beds. The electrical was outdated. We did receive a coupon for coffee, however, two croissants cost $15. Staff was accommodating, but we did not feel a personal touch from any employee. Well, there was one valet who was attentive. The pool was not in operation and spa prices were high. So why does this property charge a "Resort Fee?" For what?

Staff especially the ladies who service the bedrooms and location
no notification of pool not available, outdoor pool works, liftworks and our outdoor banister being repaired

Great location and ambiance
They did not inform us ahead of time that their pool was under construction. The host at the restaurant were rude and inattentive

The hotel was nice and the location was great. Staying there was all about the central location.
I would have preferred knowing it was valet service for my car before hand. It should have been listed on the property before we booked.

Did not know about this. Glad there was a refrigerator in the room
Would have liked coffee available- did not receive “voucher” - which we found out we were supposed to have received on the day we checked out. We needed small plates on one occasion and were given large plastic containers to use instead! Also would have appreciated a microwave in the room

We’ve stayed here before and we love the staff and ambience
The pool was under construction and I didn’t get any notification of that before we arrived. I don’t think there was any staff working in the spa and the gym facilities are in a small room off the parking lot. Not happy that they charged a $30 fee for the resort amenities when the resort amenities are not available.

Exterior was clean and beautiful. The lobby area was very cozy and beautiful. The rooms were tastefully done without going "over the top". The valet people were super-nice and accomodating.
The knowledge of the front desk people were VERY poor, we were sent on a "wild goose-chase" to a place that was closed. The dining room (for breakfast) were not creative and the menu was basic at best for a VERY expensive price.... not appreciated :( You guys would be better off creating a fresh buffet with fruits, cheeses, artisan bread, cereal bar- like most high-end hotels and just charge a flat fee, so much more enjoyable for the guests!

charming property in the heart of Santa Fe. Could walk everywhere downtown. restaurant was excellent too. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bar/ reception was a nice place to hang out.
I wish there were more services/amenities in the spa especially. I thought from the name there would be a sauna or hot tub available. Also it was difficult to get an appointment for a massage even days in advance.

Beautiful decor, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and conveniently located.
We stayed in room 201 and we could clearly hear the conversations in the adjoining room through the closed doors. it was as if we had uninvited guests in our room.

Location was downtown, close to everything. The restaurant had very good food..
Room was so-so. Ventalation system either burned you up or froze you.
