Great location and I really appreciated the privacy of having your own place with comfortable contactless check in and check out. In case you needed help staff was still right there at your disposal. The apartment was very cute and well equipped and the courtyard was gorgeous.
Not much to dislike. There were few stains on the toilet seat that could have been taken better care of before my arrival. Also be aware that the apartments are a bit older, which gives them a lot of charme, but don't expect a modern bathroom, things are a bit dated.

Perfekte Lage für Santa Fe. Alles bestens zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz inklusive. Toller Kamin.
Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer nach hinten raus nehmen. Etwas unpersönlich.

It was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and a great location near everything.

Fireplace, location
The lamp was very low and in the middle of the living room... a read hazard!

Good location. Convenient parking .
No prompt repair service. Unnecessary dirty rugs over clean carpeting.

Perfect location to Santa Fe Plaza. Room very nice and exceptionally clean and well appointed.
No on-site staff present on weekends. Phone number given to contact almost non-responsive. Always just an answering machine if you phoned. Slow or no response.

it was close enough to the center of town that it was walkable but far enough away that we weren’t caught up in the stream of tourists & traffic. Loved the courtyard!

Excellent location, privacy of room, very clean and comfortable.
The air conditioning was very noisy and put out a lot of heat, so it was difficult to enjoy the little patio outside the room

The room was quaint and comfortable. Little extras were added, such as coffee, bath items. A refrigerator and microwave were in the room. The bed was very comfortable.
Our room was directly on a busy street which made it a bit noisy. However, it really didn’t impact our stay very much.

The hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Lovely Southwest style. Large bedroom area and bathroom. We would stay there again.

The location. Room was cute.
Nothing really. It was weird that the coffee maker was in the bathroom, though.

Location and so beautiful!!!
Not a thing!

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the heart of the town. The property had an authentic rustic feel to it in keeping with the historic location - not just an another chain hotel.

A little gem of a place

The location is terrific!
The fire place could not be used because the smoke was not vented properly and we spent our anniversary fanning the door, trying to get the smoke detector to be quiet. Not the romance we had hoped for.

Bernard was responsive to our schedule and needs. Location was great! Quiet and private.

Very comfortable room, with an unbeatable location within a few minutes walk of downtown Santa Fe. Seamless self-check-in, which was great as we got into town very late. My partner lived in Santa Fe for years, has stayed in many hotels around town and this was one of her favorites.
Shower in Room 1 could have run hotter!

Super location!! And a very comfortable stay for 2 people with low expectations. Bed was very soft, but otherwise the room was comfortable

It was in a great location to the town square and all the shopping and restaurants. We could walk everywhere. It was very close to everything. The room was very nice and roomy and the bed was comfy.

My room was immaculate and it was evident that Bernard takes pride in his hotel. It was within easy walking distance of Santa Fe downtown.
A little confusing on where to park, but Bernard was able to guide me.

Clean and organized Casita in a great location. Great directions from management on all aspects of the place. Nice for the price, quiet and comfortable.
The floor rug kept curling up.

it was nice to have room to relax and the property was quiet and pleasant
in better weather it would have been walking distance to places we wanted to visit , but with so much ice on the ground it made it feel a bit distant from the plaza area.

Overall the stay was great in most respects with exception to the cleanliness. The rug was in need of vacuuming and the shower had mold in it. The shower head could use replacement or cleaning.
The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed so warm which was nice in the 19 degree weather.

The location was great to get to The Plaza in central Santa Fe: it's within easy walking distance. The room was very cozy and comfortable and quiet even though it is located nearby to a busy road. Parking was ample.
The mini split used to heat the room made an annoying whistling sound so we only ran it periodically. Also the bathroom sink is very difficult to reach if you are short.
