Great location and perks

Awesome perks, happy hour with margaritas and enough food that we didn’t always have to eat out. Also perfect location, very easy to walk to the plaza, cathedral, museums.

Not horrible but I expected more for the cost.

Location and staff were great.

Rooms were small and a bit worn. Shower water temperature fluctuated from scalding to luke warm. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor. Nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom. Very few in room amenities for a $400/night room.

The breakfast was good! I loved having roasted green chilies every morning. The evening drink and food service was lovely too. Even if I didn’t eat, I got to enjoy a few libations. The location was amazing. You can walk pretty much everywhere you need to be. My room was really nice. The only thing was the carpet squeaked, and sounded like it wasn’t glued to the ground when you walked on it. Other than that, everything was lovely.

I didn’t like the floor squeaking and feeling like it wasn’t connected to the ground.

Great stay, will stay here again when returning to Santa Fe.

The front staff was wonderful, specially the gentle man who checked us in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was wonderful, made us feel welcomed. The valet staff were amazing as well.

We really enjoyed everything, the only issues I could mentioned was there was a section of the flooring in our room #348 that was lose under the carpet.

Bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't lock or provide privacy.

Excellent value. Very well managed and maintained with full housekeeping and very friendly staff.

Breakfast and Location are outstanding and so is the upgraded Happy Hour!

Pillow were not up to par. If the room had a sliding divider with the sittinng area it would have been more comfortable for our four nights stay. A night light would have been appreciated.

Great location, clean, pool, jacuzzi and free food nice for kids.

Location close to Plaza . Pool and Jacuzzi. Happy hour food for the kids. Staff was nice.

You really can tell it was an institution at one point- not very beautiful inside. Room was okay, no special design and rug kind of stained. Don’t appreciate being forced to pay for Valet parking - also we never have cash anymore.

This place was great. It was like a resort, but with normal hotel prices. Great location just a block from the square, comfortable clean rooms and wonderful staff. We've been to Santa Fe several times, when we come again we will always stay here.

Staff was very helpful. Facility was well located in central Santa Fe. Really liked the breakfast bar and kickback.

I would prefer surface parking instead of the valet parking in order to have easier access to my car.

Great hotel with lots of opportunities for engaging the surrounding areas.

Breakfast, evening drinks and food. Location was fine also. Assistance at front desk to work out leaving a day earlier.

Superb

The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast and appetizers.

The room was not wheelchair accessible. My husband couldn't shower. In addition, due to predicted bad weather, we checked out a night early so we were sure to not miss our flight. So, we lost a night's stay - which wasn't reimbursed. Would have loved some flexibility there.

Room was mediocre but property and other amenities made up for it

Beautiful, well-manicured property. Roof top pool with hot tub and terrace really put this place over the top. Free dinner and breakfast everyday was also a very unexpected but welcomed perk.

Room was not as nice as I expected considering the rate I paid.

Good

I wish there had been a better restaurant. That said, Carlos the bartender was fabulous. We ate at the bar and had a nice experience. Carlos helped make it feel like a home town bar.
