The Inn of the Anasazi made my vacation better. Best service I’ve ever had.

Everything, no detail overlooked! Nice gym, great fireplace, comfortable room, even a Dyson hair dryer. Staff did a great job of being attentive without being overbearing. I was reading a book and they left me a bookmark!

Wonderful artwork and architecture in a prime Santa Fe location with the most friendly and helpful staff!

Absolutely beautiful artwork and architecture. The rooms were intimate and very comfortable.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

I appreciated the amenities and the turn-down service. The staff was also very nice.

The morning coffee/tea service was nice, but you had run out of coffee two of the three times I went and when I alerted someone, it took awhile for someone to replenish it. You also ran out of cups on one of those days.

Central location, best hotel in the town center

The rooms are a bit dated and not very well maintained. Closet door handle, shower faucet handle, and toilet handle were all loose. Quite surprised Rosewood is ok with that. Checking out at 9am in the morning and the only person at the desk was the bell person. He was very nice but told us the manager was in the meeting so no one can properly check us out. Asked him to please let the manager know to send me the receipt via email ASAP and of course it never came. Again a bit shocked given this is a Rosewood property.

It was fine, wouldn’t stay again.

The room was perfect & so comfortable

The staff wasn’t the best. Kept calling me “Mrs”, asked where Mr Phillips was, when the reservation was just for me so that was odd. I might’ve added 2 people were to stay in the room, as my friend was coming, but odd the way it was approached. Staff was not helpful in getting a ride to airport. I was always sent to voicemail when ordering food or when the front desk would transfer me to restaurant. That was disappointing. Loved the room & the area downstairs, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fine but not great, probably wouldn't stay again

I liked the size of my room, the bed was very comfortable, and the living space was a good size to work

I was shocked that this hotel didn't have a pool or spa area. The staff were hit or miss. I was looking to see what was down the stairs at the restaurant, and the manager told me it was for staff only and asked if I was a guest. Later on, another staff member told me that was where the bathrooms were - very weird.

Very good

The location is right in the heart of old town Sante Fe.

We had a pet dog. The hotel charges $75 a day pet fee. Although the hotel provides a doggy bed and food bowl. $150 is a lot for two days. Also, there isnt a safe place to take a pet out at night.

Location, beautiful accommodations, cozy

Staffing levels still impacted by COVID making service quite slow. Their staff works hard and is expected to do multiple jobs given shortages making the client service less than the perfect client service pre-COVID.

Breakfast was good but due to Covid and the holidays I guess the staff was small. I asked for orange juice twice and never received it. All in all though the breakfast was very good
