They took over 40 minutes to make the regulation and the complete lobby was really terribly hot we asked about the ac in the room and 2 girls answered the was in good working condition at the rooms
A was super tired because long drive and when we finally arrived the room around 8pm I started the ac on 66 degrees because was hot 77 and after 11pm was the same temperature so I called guess service twice and explained the problem and they said the engineers are working on it so we don’t sleep nothing and nobody show up or call them I asked for the manager early morning at the front desk the guy said the manager is not here till maybe 2 hrs later so I asked to please ask him to call me asap but over 6 hrs passed and nothing nobody call so I call the hotel and explain everything again and they offered 20% discounts on the bill
So I very politely refused .
I making this comment because this place is all round down dirty old . I have some photos to support this post
This is not a 4 or 3 stars hotel
Nothing maybe the location

Breakfast was fine.
No AC in the sweltering heat, bad service, rude guest service employees, no shower gel, lack of communication. Horrible experience overall! I would never return!

Comfy beds. Relatively quiet guests
AC units weren't functioning properly. 2nd time there and there were malfunctions in the building. Broken elevators during a very busy stay period last time. They could run the vac a little bit further under the bed and scrub the shower walls ...had scum build up.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but did get Starbucks. Everything was fine there with nice staff members. The rooms are always nice and clean though.
There was a front desk employee that was rude to several customers in front of me. There was a long wait to check in. Once I got to the front, I had prepaid already, but the employee tried to have me pay again even after I said I paid online.. she didn’t believe me. This was until another member showed her that I did in fact pay already. She gave me my keys, I went to the room after the 20 min wait downstairs, only to find that she didn’t do the keys correctly; so they didn’t open the door. So, we had to go back down to have her redo the keys she wasn’t super friendly about that either.
Also….. the Internet was horrible. I originally opted for free internet, but wanted/needed to upgrade the plan due to needing internet for work… the front desk didn’t know how I was able to do so and Apparently this is a Hilton Hotels issue at ALL locations…!!!. Even calling the helpline did nothing for me so I was stuck with not a fast enough Internet connection which is horrible due to me needing it for work! That alone would make me not stay here again even though I’ve stayed at this Hilton 3 times already.

Free parking and internet - close to the Metlife Stadium. Nice staff mainly cleaning ladies and restaurant staff
When we got to the hotel, the hotel’s AC wasn’t properly working - they had huge AC machines to help make the hotel colder - we only felt it on the second floor.
Hotel is in bad shape - clearly there’s water leaking from the roof, humidity all over the hotel, hotel room somewhat humid but at least there’s AC and there’s no fan in the bathroom to help remove the humidity after the shower

Nice hotel, clean, Starbucks in the hotel

Location to MetLife and the shuttle service.
Overpriced, low quality continental breakfast.

Nothing
Unprofessional staff infestation of bugs air condition did not ever work. They would send somebody up to fix it and it wouldn’t happen. Nothing but liars. elevators didn’t work. showers didn’t drain this hotel should be condemned and shut down. Paris Hilton should be ashamed to put her name on this place.

Location is great since it was a short drive to American dream mall
TV was not a SmartTV and the controller battery died. I believe there was a fire alarm that went off but it was so low and when I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up.

Right across the street from the concert we were going to
Room is dark smelled like steel cigarettes, no refrigerator bathroom tiles grout was moldy
3.5
Close to good locations and my event.
EV charger next to the Starbucks entrance wasn't working. It would've been nice and more convenient if it was working.

The rooms

Absolutely nothing.
Filthy, rundown hotel full of toxic black mold, mildew, and foul odors. HEALTH HAZARD! Parking lot is unsafe at night, too far away, and there are no security cameras. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I reported it to the local Department of Health and checked out 3 days ahead of schedule. I have had a bad cough and sore throat since. This is how outbreaks of Legionnaires Disease start!

Not much. Location.
Only two elevators worked. Air conditioning did not work properly. Ice machine broken. Room not clean. Shades and curtain broken.

From the outside it looked great
Well- first of all we were given the wrong room with only 1 bed and then we had to change rooms and now the air conditioner does not work at all, everything feels wet and it is difficult to breathe. This presents an issue for my asthmatic daughter. When I called to see if there were other options all the other rooms available were having the same issue with the ac/ moisture. Very disappointing. We were told someone would be here to fix the ac when he's finished on the roof . Condensation everywhere and the ac never turned on. My daughter needed a nebulizer treatment

The location to the American Dream Mall
The elevators weren't working. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It was very hot and uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off, we were on the 15th floor and did not hear it, no one on upper floors was aware it had gone off. We only knew because our daughter called us from the second floor. We walked down 15 flights with a very scared 5 year old to find out it was a false alarm. Made the front desk aware that the upper floors did not hear the alarm. The reply was did we inform the Engineer.. No thays your job.

It was convenient as we were going to the I door parks at the dream mall. The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was good.
As soon as I entered the staff at the front desk made me feel like a burden. They were having a conversation and had to stop to check me in. When I asked about the breakfast they asked if it was only me yet my reservation was for four. I wanted to confirm that they had this information so that my room would be big enough and they rolled their eyes at me and ignored my question and handed me the breakfast ticket. When we got up to the room there were dirty dishes still outside of our door from previous guests. We went inside assuming that would be picked up. Our room was leaking from the rain and it was cold and damp. We were only staying one night so we cleaned it up as best we could and went to sleep. The next morning the dishes were still outside of our door. When I tried to tell the front desk staff at checkout they were dismissive about all of our concerns.

The wall was very thin. I could literally hear the people next door entire conversation.

Emplacement en face de American dream et de ses parcs à thèmes

Le personnel est hyper sympa
La chambre avait une odeur de moisi malgré avoir changé de chambre 3 fois. La salle de bain avait une fuite

I like that management reached out through text while I was there to make sure I was comfortable & satisfied I was happy about being on a mini trip with my family @ there hotel but wasn’t happy about how busy it was that day omg to much smh
To much going on that day. One elevator working nonstop traffic of people. So overwhelming for my family. I just stayed in my room that night didn’t even go back out. Thought I would get caught in the elevator traffic again ridiculous I tell you.

The breakfast it was ok.
The service, was terrible. It was dirty they had 4 elevators but only one working. I had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes for an elevator. I had my luggage and two babies which imposible to use the stairs.
One of the two days that stayed on the hotel I used the stairs because the wait time was insane, but the stairs were so dirty very disappointed smelled like garbage. I’ll never stay in that hotel again.

Dirty. Rooms smelled like smoke. Faucet almost out of the wall in the shower. Elevators just stock on floors over 10+ minutes forcing people to walk up and down stairs

location is good, and I like live in a big building, bed is clean. The bath water is very good.
No free breakfast, Floor rug is too old, no slippers, no Toothpaste and toothbrush.no comb.

It was pretty good. The Spanish lady who checked us in for breakfast was pretty rude.
The room could be clean better.

After witnessing the uncleanliness of the rooms we decided to not eat at the hotel. Hairs in sink dust everywhere specks on the floor it’s as if no one had cleaned it in months. Didn’t bother showering in there bathroom was gross. Woke up with an irritated throat from all the dust

Nothing
All the service was very bad and I had the worst experience ever

Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse, personnel agréable et à l'écoute en général.
Comfortable room and bedding, nice and service oriented staff.
L'hotel a besoin d'être rénové, état de la salle de bain très moyen, petit déjeuner ok mais assez basique, pas d'eau chaude pendant une journée et une nuit.
The hotel requires to be renovated, bathroom not in a good status, breakfast ok but basic, no hot water during 1 full day and night.

Could use some upgrades. Seems a bit “tired”.

The room was comfortable. Very spacious.
(*continuation of what we did not like!)
We also realized when leaving, that the under-most sheets in the bed, the ones that hang out around the bed frame, were extremely dirty on the overhangs. We had not noticed before and had 100% nothing to do with it, as it was dirty in areas that we could not even have touched. Oh, and the reception area was always disgusting! Coffee spilled on the tables, food crumbs all over, and no one to clean them. Lastly, we complained about several of these things to the manager, who offered her apologies and some 40.000 Hilton hotel points for a next booking. It's been 4 weeks and we have not received them. We contacted the manager 2 weeks in, and just like they did at the hotel, they promised to take care of the situation immediately. We don't really care about those points. No plans of going back to this specific hotel in NJ, and, if every Hilton is as chaotic as this was, 40.000 points are as good as none. Not interested!!! Definitely not worth the price asked.
Several things were extremely disappointing at this hotel. First of all, our room's window's outside-facing curtains were thorn. Literally thorn, as if someone had passed a knife through them, up and down. We let the reception know about it when we noticed and were offered a room change, which we didn't care for as we had already been in the room for a couple of hours and settled, and it didn't particularly bother us. However, we did have to go downstairs in person to complain (so as not to be blamed for it afterward), since we tried calling for longer than 1hr and they would just not pick up the phone. Secondly, we were not informed that the hotel provided a shuttle service. We found out independently and asked about shuttle schedules. We were told it left on top of the hour from 10am to 10pm. What we were then not informed of was that it had a maximum of 12 people per hour and that it needed to be booked. We woke up the next day wanting to take the shuttle to the closest train station where we could then take a train to NYC, and found out there were no shuttle vacancies until 3pm that day. We ended up having to take an Uber to the train station, as the hotel's location was very isolated and inconvenient. Thirdly, we arrived back late evening on our first day out, only to find one less towel in our room. We called and called and called. Nothing. We gave up, shared a towel, and the next day in the morning when leaving, informed the front desk. They told us, and I quote, "the cleaning team now leaves towels with us at the reception, you are welcome to take some up with you now". I think we paid enough money to not have to carry our own towels up. We asked that they arrange for the towels to be there in the evening when we returned. They conceded. Came back in the evening, and now we have NO towels. Called in 3x and every time they said they were sending someone up immediately...

Quick overnight stay before early flight from seattle airport. Checking in and out was quick. The room was big enough for two adults and two big teenagers. Good value, clean and quiet enough for us. Expect some noise as many people are only there because of its proximity to the airport and will be up early. Lots of shopping and eating options nearby.
