we love the location and the bus service to the mall and train station. Our room was decent, bathroom again could do with a revamp but it was very clean and still has some life left in it. Restaurant was decent.

I felt the lobby needed a face lift, it's very tired looking and could do with a revamp.

Don’t stay here!!! Run run run away. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Absolutely nothing!

It was 1970’s style hotel, dirty, awful service, rooms smells like smoke. Horrible breakfast, nasty chairs, room and just about everything! We left a day early because we couldn’t stand it.

Quick stay for Beyoncé

Hotel is pretty clean and comfortable. The location is great for attending events at MetLife. There’s a shuttle to and from MetLife. Staff is friendly.

It’s dated, comfortable in our room had a stain on it. Keycards ain’t always work and often require them to be programmed again. Shuttle service is great when it works but not reliable. Staff is slow.

This place is for someone who has low expectations for the hotel. Who needs a shower and a bed only.

Room was on a spacious side compared to other hotels.

This hotel needs renovation, a refresh. Breakfast area is too dark and has outdated vibes. In general, staff could care less about what's going on in the hotel. Reception staff is okay I would say, but breakfast area staff they really hate their job. Best staff are cleaners, always smiling, on a good mood. Even though they don't speak English at all you are still able to communicate with them better compared to rest of the staff.

Honestly Exceeded my expectations.

We like our stay here, we had 2 nice and clean rooms, provided parking was on the sides of the hotel and location of the hotel was great plus they do have ride service to bus stop and train station which made our plans workout even better time wise

The only thing was that they did not do the house keeping on one of the rooms and they did on the other.

Convenient place to stay near NYC and I-95.

We appreciated the shuttle which took my husband to the train station where he easily caught a train to Manhattan. The staff was great at directing us to this service. The restaurant in the hotel was far better than the typical hotel restaurant. We got a room on the 9th floor, and appreciated the view.

The hotel is located between two very busy highways which were noisy. However, it is the city, so it is what it is.

Had a much better experience last year than this year

Location

A staff member. He proceeded to tell us that we had a reservation for the following night not the night of our stay even though I provided my email. he said it was placed with another booking site and gave me the confirmation and said he couldn’t cancel it and that we would be charged a fee for early cancellation. Long story short, what he saw a booking under my name from the prior year around the same date which had then escalated unnecessary issues between me, my spouse and the other booking agency. ruined our stay.
