Reasonably priced, close to the airport and overall a good experience

The bartender was amazing even though it was towards the end of her shift and the bar was starting to close, she still made us a custom cocktail. Highly recommend. The layout of the hotel was pretty cool and the beds were very comfortable

Dont book this hotel.

Bad customer service, not clean, air wasn’t working properly, airport shuttle are extremely late, and was there for 4 nights & housekeeping didn’t service our room at all (no trash or dirty towel pickup, sheets not changed, room not serviced, and etc)… I called the front desk several times a day & eventually emailed management but still no one would fix the simple issues or reach back out to me. When I checked out, I received a $100 refund (out of $800) and still no response.

Excellent overnight stay at Philadelphia Airport

Quiet and clean room, excellent shuttle service to the Airport (pick up perfectly on time at 11:40 pm), late checkout at no additional cost

Doesn't look like 3 star at all

Spacious room.

Room wasnt ready for whole family even in the evening. Strange smell in the room. Linen with stains. Figured out that I need vouchers for prepaid breakfast only in the morning. Be prepared to pay for everything. Parking, breakfast, coffee and even wifi. 25 for parking 5 or more for wifi

Comfortable but needs a little love.

The location is great. The space was comfortable.

The food options were convenient but I would have been nice to have a restaurant menu in the room. The alcohol selection was subpar. The pillows were paper thin. My husband tried to tie it in a knot. My washcloth was also thin. So much so that it had a hole in it. If you’re going to have glass elevators, you need to also clean them so that it looks good along with the brass accents. The squawk box at the exit to speak into for departure needs repair as well.

only one person was on front desk. a lot of people coming in and out he can’t handle it. their phones wasn’t working. they can’t get an access to their company email they need their supervisor who weren’t there night time. we had a big problem with booking and nobody couldn’t fix it. middle of the night I had to book and pay again the room.

It was not the best stay. If they hire more staff then it may get better.

The room was nice and spacious.

They need more staff. They ran out of food at their bar. We had to go to the front desk to get towels and face cloths. We had to continue asking for housekeeping services.

Perfect hotel for a quick trip!

The staff was all very friendly. The hotel itself is very nice. The room was really nice and perfect for my family for our 1 night stay. Anything we needed we called the front desk and they were very responsive and helpful. Having to pay for parking there kinda stinks but overall we had a great experience.

Very comfortable stay and excellent staff

The staff was very understanding my husband is wheelchair bound d and I had my two young grandchildren. We didn't arrive in until 2 am. They allowed us to stay a couple extra hours to sleep

I would never stay here again, I’d rather drive home even if it meant driving for 24 hours straight.

the room was cozy

I was never made aware of the fact that on top of paying for the room, I needed to pay another $150 to ensure I wouldn’t destroy the room for the whole 6 hours I ended up using it for. even though it gets put back into your account after x amount of days from when they take it, you only get back $124 and change because they then take out 25 plus tax for parking. my card had issues and the woman working the check in desk very loudly announced my card had declined.

Pleasant

Not sure about this time’s feeling. It feels weird compared to the last time I stayed. Overall, I feel like the last time staying was better than this time for some reasons. Is it because I did the rating too late? I don’t think this should be the reason. No matter what, customers should be treated good. This is just the reality. There is one thing I’d like to point out —— the restaurant. We don’t have that much time to eat, why the wait time is so long?! It doesn’t make any sense! This needs to be changed! Definitely! I don’t like it at all!
