Camera decisamente oltre le aspettative!

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con tanto di zona salotto e letto comodo. Bagno ammodernato con doccia grande. Possibilità per gli ospiti di usufruire della piscina e dell'ampio spazio adiacente con lettini, tavoli e sedie. Per il prezzo pagato siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpreso, consigliatissimo!

Il condizionatore è un po' rumoroso ma la temperatura non ne ha richiesto l'utilizzo durante la notte. Spazio per la colazione un po' piccolo se come nel nostro caso l'hotel è quasi al completo.

Beautiful

I like Jorge very much .He has been very nice, polite ,gentle .Jorge is very professional and was all the time helping us if we needed something. I told him when I will come back I hope to you agin and he answered :Aqui estoy!!

Family friendly location

Family Suite was perfect for our needs. Rooms looked recently updated.

Common area hallways, elevator etc appeared dirty and dated. Cost for Family suite $600/night pretty darned steep but it was very spacious

Kids and I arrived in the evening and had time to go down to the pool/hot tub and the room was perfect!!

Price was great, rooms just dirty.

It was honestly worth the money. It was spacious and pretty quiet during my time. There was at least some juice and bagels for breakfast.

The place was really dirty. The curtains and towels had stains. I could not use the heater because none of the buttons worked. Thankfully the blankets were nice. Also i was missing a toilet roll holder?? The rooms could definitely use some more love.

I LOVED this hotel! Huge room for the price. Comfortable bed. Loved the patio too!

The room was large. The patio was a nice touch of privacy. Very clean room. Spacious for the price. Good shower.

The street was a bit loud with a lot of traffic.

Prisvärt, bra läge och Santa Cruz är en härlig plats.

Bra sängar, trevlig personal, mysigt och bra parkering som ingick.

Usel frukost som inte var dåligt påfyllt. Gammalt och hårt bröd. Synd att de inte fanns ”gröt påsar” . Svårt att få varmt vatten i duschen.

Won’t stay here again

The bed was comfortable

They gave us a room that wasn’t clean from the previous guest staying there. They apologize and gave us a clean room. The jacuzzi didn’t work. Hotel was rundown, stains on the floor. The shower took 25 to 30 to warm up. No fresh towels and no conditioner. I won’t stay here again.

Bedbugs

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

I was eaten by bedbugs during my stay in room 116. I advised the manager and he did nothing to accommodate the issue. Stated he had the room checked twice and found nothing. I showed him the irritation on my arms, legs and chest he tried to claim he didn't come room their hotel. Ironically, I was itching the entire night I stayed in that room and noticed the bite marks the next day and advised the staff. They manager stated he couldn't do anything to accommodate me. Then offered me a discounted rate that was higher than what the price even online was, so basically it was not a discount at all. Which is unfortunate as this was the only time I've ever had an uncomfortable stay, but I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. BE AWARE OF BEDBUGS!!!!

very close and convenient

property is nice, close the the boardwalk easy walk from hotel to beach. free parking inside hotel very nice, was able to doordash food to hotel

the hotel does not have breakfast hours posted didn’t know when hotel stop serving breakfast. there was not start or end of breakfast times. when paying and booking the hotel it said pay at property credit card was charged as a placeholder so far waiting to see if i will be refunded since they didn’t ask for credit card at checkin since that was placement as payment

Likes the modern look of the living area.

Images of the hotel don’t looks like what you see. Cost was a bit too high for what we got. Breakfast was continental, not like what was pictured at all. Our rooms number plaque was missing and was hand written on the wall.

That u had to put your towels outside the door. Then go to the front to get new ones. Wasn't clean very well. the bathroom didn't have much shampoo or hands soap. Try calling to get supplies, but no one came by. Just over all not to happy with our stay here.

Our room, with 2 queen beds was amazing.

This hotel deserved way more that 2 stars. The check-in process was smooth and Ana on reception was so helpful throughout our stay. The pool had a hot tub and pool towels were provided. Our room was exceptional. It was very tastefully newly refurbished. It was truly great value for money and exceeded our expectations.

The only slightly disappointing thing was the choice of food for breakfast. There was no cold drinking water; no fruit juices and no jelly/jam. Also no regular bread, only bagels. We were only expecting a buffet meal but a little more choice could have been easily achieved.
