1号公路上算是性价比高的酒店了！

房间很宽敞，帮我们Valet Parking的员工非常热情也很幽默，虽然我们不记得他的名字了。

早餐的时候人很多，餐桌有点脏。

Nice and New

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausages (I do protein in the AM). The hot tub was relaxing but probably could've used less chlorine. I still can't get the smell out of my bathing suite. The young man at the bar was very nice and attentive especially when trying to find out if the hot wings contained any gluten.

I stayed two nights and asked the manager if it was possible for housekeeping to make my bed in the morning as I had not even used any towels and I was going to be gone until noon. She said "yes" and when I returned closer to 1:30pm the bed was still not made. Also, I wasn't aware of the $19 charge for overnight parking and this was disappointing. I parked on the street which was pretty busy, but luckily nothing happened to my car.

la piscina principale era fredda e la piccola piscina calda era troppo piccola e troppo affollata e erano tutte e due esterne. colazione terribilmente insufficiente per la clientela europea(: nessuno dolce, scarsi di yogurt, scarsi di cereali, gelly immangiabili.) poi l’insistenza dei ragazzi del valet che ti rendono quasi obbligatorio il servizio di parcheggio mentre nelle vicinanze si puo parcheggiare tranquillamente gratis

It was relaxing.

The space and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The location/views were not ideal. It wasn’t really in walking distance to the boardwalk. My room had a view of the parking lot.

We had a wonderful trip to Santa Cruz and the Hyatt hotel was a perfect place to staff

The rooms were clean, beds extremely comfortable, staff very helpful, and great location to Santa Cruz.

A solid property to the Hyatt's standards of hotel service. I would stay again

Room was clean and the bed was perfect, we had a good night's rest. Breakfast was a good spread and the dining area very pleasant. Staff were all excellent!

Not much to complain about we were only there one night.

Perfect location

Breakfast, bed was comfy and room felt spacious. Fitness center and pool/ hot tub were great. Great location too. Walkable to boardwalk and downtown. Super location!

The only thing is that the hot tub lacked working jets. Big tub but only a couple jets on one side were blowing air. Otherwise no complaints. This place was excellent!

Valet parking was difficult for a party of 6 with a huge cart and trying to load up our car quickly while people waited for our place. We paid $19 a day for parking and then were expected to tip on top of that.

Quiet and comfortable decently located.

Very quiet, comfortable beds and staff was great. Valet parking crew were excellent, quick at getting your car and has good area info.

These things do not hinder my excellent rating for the stay. The fitness area is missing the dumbbells from 25lb - 35lb. At morning breakfast they had 1 coffee press, the line for coffee was generally long and the coffee ran empty quite often and took awhile to get refilled. Both small things, but avoidable annoyances.

WE HAD A GREAT DAY AT THE BOARDWALK AND POOL IN THE EVENING.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. POOL AREA CLEAN AND FUN FOR THE KIDS.

EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO SMOKING AT THE HOTEL ( AND A NOTICE OF A $250 CHARGE IF YOU DO SMOKE ) THERE WAS A STRONG “MARIJUANA” ODER IN THE HALL AND EVEN WAFTED INTO OUR ROOM WITH CHILDREN….NOT COOL!

Breakfast was the worst breakfast I ever had. It was served on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. I have never had such an experience my whole life and I was traveling a lot in the past 38 years. Omg The room was $400.

The valet staff are very courteous and has decent breakfast that's included with the booking.

You can smell Marijuana in the room. Per service it's probably coming from the air vent.

Great place for a little family get-away.

The room was a great size for a family of 5, and clean. Great location, and short walk to the boardwalk. Breakfast was great every morning. Valet parking was awesome as well.

Great, clean and reliable hotel that is in a good location in downtown Santa Cruz

The breakfast was fantastic: good spread with all the staples needed to get your day started. The facilities were kept clean, and were modern. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Staff was always friendly and greeted you on your way in and out. Calls to the front desk and room service were extremely fast!

Housekeeping only showed up once during a 5 night trip. It seemed to be random, but the front desk would provide any supplies you might need. Rooms on the first floor have zero view of anything and may be actually slightly below ground level providing very little natural light into the room.

Lovely location, comfortable and clean. Would stay again!

The lobby area was nicely decorated. Breakfast was decent with enough variety. The valet staff was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and they seemed to care about the level of service.

The front desk staff was very mixed in their level of helpfulness. The pool area had screaming kids all hours of the day. Also kids everywhere during breakfast hours.
