For the price and of your an over thinker and can’t decide what place. You can go with this one.

Walking distance from beach. Cute lil cafe across the street that basically makes anything breakfast lunch and was delicious. Very affordable cash only.

The parking is a lil crazy but it is one parking for one room.

Close to boardwalk and downtown

A little tight in the parking lot, makes you want to walk everywhere so I didn't lose my spot

is was nice stay and walkable location

the location was nice. glad that they could accommodate pets. the room was clean

the bathroom was a bit shoddy. as in the tub was marked up, the drain plug was missing. the caulking around the tub was peeling and dirty. the dish satelitte went out but only for a few hrs so it was okay. the parking lot is very tight and hard to get in and out and feels as if you leave at a certain time of day, there wouldn't be any parking left.

It is not clean. I highly recommend people not go there. They have lousy customer service and are not helpful with the money you spend, and the service you are getting is not worth it.

Nice, clean & comfortable stay. Convenient location.

Walking distance to Boardwalk & wharf. Friendly staff. Clean room & comfortable bed. The earplugs were very thoughtful as it can be noisy, although it wasn’t bad during our weekday stay. It was nice that we got adjoining rooms for our family stay.

A little noisy, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Rooms should have a couch or a comfy stuffed chair so you aren't sitting or laying on the bed all the time. It's the main reason I will look for a different place next time. Doesn't seem like a lot to ask, but maybe they do in a few larger rooms. I need to ask.

Good location, fairy clean.

Desinterested, not helpfu staff. We forgot a jacket in the hotel and despite informing the hotel shortly after check out the jacket was nowhere to be found and hotel management did not respond to further inquiries despite promising that they would investigate this. Really sad and definitely not ok. Watch you stuff when staying at this place.
