Beautiful but beware of the timeshare pitch!

Beautiful right on the beach. Convenient to restaurants

Trying to sell a timeshare and being pushy. I didn’t come to the beach to get sold anything. I came to the beach to relax.

Signs needed to get from place to place in the 2 buildings. VERY confusing FOR YOUNG AS WELL AS OLD. POLICY: pay up front of stay. Not honoring patrons directions concerning Credit card use

Husband and I frequent PCB and we usually stay along the beach. This is one of the better resorts.

The condo was nicely spacious, overall it was great.

I came in the off season, so some of the outside eateries, bars were closed. Also, the sky bar restaurant was closed. They need to replace the rubber under the entrance door, little critters and day light view.

location was good, beachfront

the room was FILTHY! we had to wear shoes from the moment we walked in because the tile floor was sticky and when I wiped water off of it, the paper was black! Sofa had lots of stains that were disgusting. very unpleasant to stay in such dirty place.

Great condo rental! I would stay again.

Great full service apartment. full kitchen with an island, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, complete set of dishes and utensils, dining table and, full living room. Balcony with table, chair, and chaise. His and hers sinks in the bathroom plus washer/dryer. A pretty complete apartment.

The shower stall had a little mildew, access to the parking garage may require a little up and down, and the check-in process is time consuming and annoying with the time-share sales pitch. You have to be very firm with them unless you’re interested in the “free-vacation deal” pitch.

Bedroom did not have a beach view. Parking in a separate building, and check in was a little confusing.

Great location and nice rooms.

Staff called my phone every day which is very annoying after you spend 1,500 dollars on a room and trying to enjoy your vacation. I don't want to tour your facilities I want to enjoy my vacation point blank how hard is that to understand. Do you want people annoying you on your vacation?

Amazing resort exceptional experience the best staff

Clean Easy to get to Easy to navigate Beautiful views of the Ocean amazing pools and facilities.Easy beach access Starbucks in the building Perfect parking to perfect Studio ! Walking distance to great shops and restaurants.

Directly on the beach. Close to activities and dining.

I had booked a one bedroom apartment and we didn’t get it due to construction at the hotel. Was downgraded to a Studio. Would like to be compensated in some way for downgrade. Was not what I paid for.
