I enjoyed the ocean and the city. My bed was very comfortable. I will most likely stay somewhere else the next time.

The location was perfect.

Tub was stained, carpet was old, furniture outdated, and no iron available. I was told no one was available to get one because housekeeping wasn’t there until later. I asked if maintenance could look at the fridge because it wasn’t cooling. Front desk clerk said no they’re not here and neither is the manager who has the key. Finally someone came, but it was unbelievable.

Great stay

No security deposit and the dove products that are provided to use in the bathroom.

The breakfast was kinda cold and overpriced. Also the room safe was broken .

They need a better cleaning and maintenance crew. And we had to pay for the cleaning in the bill.

The view was very nice. And parking was easy. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well. ANd the view was nice bothe ocean for the sunrise and the other side of the building for the sunset.

Clean room would have been nice. Kitchen was filthy, ceiling was falling down, bugs on the floor and the a/c sounded horrible. Had to go to front desk twice to get help getting in the room. They need better locks and there was not another dead bolt to lock from the inside. The kitchen cabinets were held together with screws where they were broken and the cabinet door did not close. Microwave had a crack in the door. This unit needs an full renovation. We had to pay for cleaning to be done after we left for what?? The people who were there before us got ripped off.

We enjoyed our time at Myrtle Beach.

Location easy to walk to the beach and was away from the hustle and bustle down the street. View from our room was nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice to have a freezer in the room.

No poop bags available for dogs. Parking garage has limited space and is very low.

Costumer service was good, location, dogs friendly. Clean sheets, nice swimming pools and hot tubs

Paid for the ocean view and lock was broken for the first day stay. Kitchen appliances are filthy. Inconvenient lock 9 digits combination. Price gouging during national disaster should be illegal.

Will probably not go back and stay there next time

The location is really nice, overall close to restaurants and other attractions. Most of the staff are nice as well.

This stay was totally different than when we first stayed there in 2018. Its supposed to be non-smoking building, but guests are smoking in the balcony and everywhere else. The night we decided to leave earlier than our check-out date was because the room right next to us had a couple the was fighting, shouting and throwing furnitures in their room. None of the staff seemed to care to approach the matter. When I explained the following day at the receptionist the reason why we’re checking out early because of the commotion, she did not seem to be bothered much.

I wish housekeeping would ask if we needed clean linen. We had pets and a toddler it was very hard to keep linen clean for 6 days.

Overall, we were not comfortable with our room. We will not stay at Patricia Grand again.

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well

The tub was clogged up, and the floor was extra slippery, I almost fell. The housekeeper indicated that we must leave the air conditioner running or the floors get sticky however the room was extra cold when we entered in and turned it off for ten minutes. The balcony has no privacy we were basically facing our neighbors, it was just a weird and uncomfortable feeling. The shower head is trash. It barely comes out and you must make sure your body is aligned with the stream of water coming out. We went down for coffee at Starbucks, the store was open, but not a person in site. We waited and then left to go somewhere else.

Great Stay

Clean comfortable room. Wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The long line during check out was ridiculous (for the elevators). I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs to get to the bottom.

We weren't in the room much because the proximity to everything that we wanted to do was so close.

The water features and location were excellent. My kids loved bopping from the beach to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river.

The floor in our unit was really scratched up. I couldn't figure out a way to position the shower curtain so water didn't get all over the floor.

It was great staying at the Patricia grand . My dad and mom went as well . Everyone loved it

I liked they had a restaurant inside the hotel . And a pool inside and out for my grand baby . I liked how the staff was very pleasant and helpful .

The elevator was really hot . And very slow .

Could have been perfect!

The location was great! The size of the room was great for our little family.

The check in process took 3 hours and when asking for updates staff was frustrated, finally after asking staff to personally go check it was ready had I not of asked them to go check we would of still been waiting. The room walls and lamp shades had mold and mildew everywhere ( I'm allergic, so now I have a body rash). The fridge was rusted, and the ice maker didn't work. Had to have someone come fix the TV, and the phone didn't work.

Will not go back

The location was great

the sheets were ripped, the fridge had rust on the outside and inside. Some of the furniture was pealling other had pealed. When they cleaned the room the garbage from the previous guest was still under the sink...the windows curtains were dirty

Worth the money!

I love the location it is right on the beach. I would wake up to looking at the ocean and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant is good and easy to get served.

I did not like the checkout on Sunday. It was so crazy but the staff did the best they could to control the traffic flow. Leave out early is key if you can. It took my partner 30 mins to be able to get on the elevator with the cart.

Had a great time.

The location was great, close, and convenient to all attractions and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was effortless.

The only complaint I have is the vending machines on main floor were down the entirety of my stay and the coffee shop never seemed to be open, always closed for maintenance.

The room was disgusting, the staff was unkind and the whole area felt unclean and unhealthy to stay in.

I liked that it was beachfront and close to attractions.

There was mold covering the walls and ceilings, it was hard to breathe in the room, the staff was dismissive and uncaring. The pool always had bits of food and garbage floating in it. I would never recommend this to a soul.

Overall decent stay . I vacation at least 3 times a year to Myrtle beach & wanted to try something different.

Once pools were clean , being outdoor on pool deck was nice .

Could be a lot cleaner . Pools had bulid up sludge all around were water meets level height. & weren’t cleaned before opening time period . We’re getting cleaned right after opening. And in my room I was staying in there was black mold on ceiling & vent , that’s just been painting over &over .

Excellent experience bringing your whole family (including pets) while enjoying the beach.

I loved that I could bring my pets in a clean and safe environment. The hotel was quiet, non smoking at all (always a plus). I liked that the pool area had a bar and also hammocks.

They would excel if they had a goods/ mini grocery store for the quick buy of forgotten trip stuff so you don't need to leave the premises. The washing machines were outdated. I wouldn't mind using an app to pay instead of coins.
