My stay at the property was awesome I enjoyed the free breakfast that was offered.

My room was very clean and nice. I enjoyed my stay.

I have no dislike towards the property.

Top Lage super Service. Danke für alles. Gerne wieder.

Das es ein kostenfreies Frühstück gab und natürlich die optimale Lage. Wird in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt. Daher doppelt positive Überraschung.

Jede Kritik wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Overall very good for the $$$ loading / unloading area only downside, great free breakfast buffet!

Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, great views of the ocean & pools were nice along with lazy river

Needs update but breakfast and location was perfect

There was mold Int he whole room, sliding door kept breaking and bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way

Nice place to stay

Clean room with a nice view of the beach. Free breakfast buffet for guests.

One of the two elevators was out of order which caused delays. Balcony door in need of repair. Took a lot of effort to open or close

El lugar donde nos daban el desayuno es muy bueno, también que podíamos usa el jacuzzi de en frente.

Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación xq nos pusieron al lado de la máquina de hielo que hace mucho ruido pero dijeron que como íbamos con booking no se podía, a pesar de que tenían bastantes habitaciones disponibles y lo sabemos por cómo acomodan las sillas. Entonces si uno reserva con booking te tratan como huésped de tercera clase. Aguas con eso. Cuando le dije a la chica “estoy segura que no soy la primera persona que se ha quejado del ruido” me dijo “de hecho si eres la primera persona que se queja” y yo me pregunto, a estas personas no las entrenan en atención al cliente? Si el huésped te dice que el ruido de la máquina los despierta en la noche, el problema es el cliente o la máquina, y la ubicación de la habitación. Habíamos pedido papel de baño y nos dijeron que solo daban tres, pero solo nos habían dado dos. La máquina dispensadora de detergente en la lavandería solo se traga el dinero y los paquetitos se atoran, dos veces pagué, dos veces nada salió. Fui a recepción y la chica amablemente me dio detergente del hotel, eso lo aprecio, pero aún así. Esa máquina o se arregla o que la quiten. Solo un elevador servía, y siempre estaba ocupado así que tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras toda la estancia, y peor, para el check out, tuvimos que bajar las escaleras cargando todo el equipaje encima.

Must stay!

Location! only a mile away from the boardwalk where the Skywheel is. 4 min drive to Broadway at the Beach. Right on the beach with access to multiple pools and a lazy river as well. Breakfast was at a restaurant buffet across the street which was good. Rooms were so clean. Check in was a breeze Free mini golf for your entire stay. (across the street) Free DVD rentals at a kiosk which was kinda neat!

Nothing really. Little crowded due to the weekend and not having any vacancies. Little walk to the parking garage but it wasn't that far. This was a great place.

A pleasant experience.

It was close to the beach and provided coupons. The swimming pool was also nice.

The only thing was that the parking was a little of a hassle.

Overall, the hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I just wish that our floor was cleaner.

This place was conveniently located to the beach and fun things to do (Broadway on the Beach) was right down the road :) I also liked the special code for our door.

Two things that I didn't care for were: 1) our room was on the fourth floor and the balcony looked down to the pool- at night, it was very loud because there were people in the pool area and it echoed! (this was about 11pm) 2) our room floor was very dirty--I put a towel on the floor to walk to the bathroom because our feet were so dirty!) This floor should have been cleaner considering the price I paid for the room!

When we got to the room, the air conditioner was broke. The maintenance man that came up to fix it was rude and hateful.

The property was in a perfect location! We were in walking distance of everything! The view from our apartment was great! We enjoyed it!

Clean, great location

It was very clean, the staff were very professional and polite. The location is excellent for walking to many places to eat etc.

The 10 digit code you had to use to get in the room. 10 digits seems extreme and it took a few tries every time I attempted to enter my room.

I will not be staying there again.

The beds were comfortable.

My ceiling had water dripping from the ceiling as soon as I arrived. I spent two hours requesting a new room. There was trash in the hallways and stair well.

Everything from the beach to the room, the beach view and etc was awesome

The breakfast was everything first time I ever had a buffet breakfast at a hotel. It was definitely a 10.

Only thing I didn't like is the door code so long but hey that's nothing everything else was excellent.

Bathroom was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival, there was a used hand towel on counter and floors were very sticky. We did not like the room location. It was right by major noise areas like elevators, lobby, and pool door that slammed every time it closed. Quite hours were not enforced as there was a group of teenagers in the pool area after hours, making lots of noise. Parking was also two streets across which was a pain to have to go back and forth.

I liked the discounts and deals that came along with the stay i.e DVD rental, breakfast, mini golf,etc

The parking is way too far off. Especially when you have small kinds and are traveling alone, as I was. The pool wasn't clean. There were chips and chip bags in the pool. It just didn't seem clean

It was acceptable for the price with very pleasant staff.

The meal for breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The bathtub was uneven and sunk a bit when moving in it. There were brown spots around the walls in the bathroom. It looks unclean.
