Relaxing

The cleaning staff were very kind and assistant. The front desk staff, unfortunately I did not get the same experience with. I found them to be slow and somewhat rude to not only myself but other guests as well.

Extremely disappointed and nowhere near worth the price.

The location is perfect which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. That and the young lady that checked us in was awesome.

This hotel is very outdated. The furniture was stained. The refrigerator was disgusting. Murphy bed was not usable and was full of dust, as if it had not been used or cleaned in years. The bedding was stained. I informed the staff of the condition of the Murphy bed and was told that there was nothing that they can do about that and was given a sheet and a blanket to use the couch instead. The rooms are not serviced daily even upon request. They only clean on the third or fourth day of your stay, which is unacceptable for a beach front hotel where sand will always be involved. We even had to take out our own trash. When I addressed my concerns with the front desk, staff the evening of check-in, and the date of check out, it was an oh well type of attitude that I received in return.

Great location if you don’t mind a musty, yucky room.

We stayed here to attend CCMF. The location is fantastic for walking. Housekeeping gives you plenty towels.

The room was dirty. Very wet feeling. Musty. At night I felt like I was getting into bed between two wet towels. My clothing got wet in my suitcase from the humidity in the room. Water dripped in sink. Pool had 31 lounge chairs around it. 31! There was room to add more to the pool deck. No drinking water at pool/pool bar. The two pictures show how dirty the box springs were in the Murphy bed. Gross. Room worked out to over $600/night. They could replace this nastiness and fix the air/mustiness.

For my guests great, for me limited/difficult

Everything was great for my guests, they can walk, so tight rooms and tight cutup bathrooms were fine for them

I'm paraplegic and the room was a nightmare for me in my wheelchair and the hotel did not say that they were not accessible and I even told them on booking I was in a wheelchair. We had to shove the one bed over so I could get my wheelchair beside it to get in bed, I could barely make the turn into the bathroom, not shower accessibility for me and no room balcony accessibility for me either.

Not worth the 1400 miles I drove for my vacation

The fact that we were so close to the beach that was it

The room, the service , the cleanliness in the entire hotel; there was a roach in the pool for days there was beach sand at the bottom of the pool and hot tub like they clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time

Had a great time. Little chilly, but late March - what can you do. The food was excellent.

The hotel is well located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach. It's walking distance to the Skywheel and right on the boardwalk. Plenty of parking. Didn't use the indoor or outdoor pools, but enjoyed none the less.

The stay was excellent. The room was comfortable.

The room was fine. Unique way to connect a room to a living room. Hallway was a bit narrow but we made it work. Location is awesome with the beach front view. Staff was excellent in the morning stocking us up with whatever we needed.

There isn't much negativity but if there was one it would be the pans for the kitchen. They are the standard metal ones so food sticks pretty bad. If you plan to cook I would suggest bringing your own pans are just eat out. That's about it.

Location, Location, Location, I Will stay here again.

Great Location! The Beach, Food, Shopping & Entertainment all is walking distance. We parked the car and didn't move it again until we left. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We had a Clean Room with a Well-Stocked Kitchen. Being the off season I wasn't sure what to expect but we enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely do this trip again.

The location to the boardwalk

I have stayed at this location over ten times and haven’t had a bad experience…this time as soon as we walked in the room it smelt like throw up. I asked for a different one and one could not be provided. The front desk sent a cleaning person in who did nothing but soak the carpets with a spray that did not help the smell…I was then told that I could by some air freshener??? The beds were dirty when the main blanket was pulled back and sunk like a big hole in the middle of the bed.

Central location. Literally across street from rides and attractions. Clean beach. Room clean. Staff friendly. Awesome beachfront balcony view. Suite good size for 5 adults. Lots of pools. Poolside bar! Right next to pier 14

No breakfast included. Room AC right next to bed…blows on you all night. Tourist helicopters overhead all day long. Doors stick… hard to open

The facility is kept clean and room was clean. Security was good, except there was signs and internet said no smoking hotel but people smoking around pool area not good around families with babies......

No smoking not enforced. I was not happy about this. We also reported 2 lights were out in our room and the TV was not working when we got there on Monday. Our visit was July 17-20,2023. So we reported in that evening, They said maintenance would get it fixed. Did not see Maintenance any of these days so no TV at all when we were in our room. we have devices but that is not the point. When i checked out the receptionist said well who did you report it too?? Like i had gotten paperwork so something, so that was unpleasant Im not in charge of tracking down the people who should have had these things done b4 I got there.

The best thing about the property. Where are the multiple exit signs that provided immediate relief.

The location of the hotel with everything being within walking distance. The lady at the front desk during the evening was very helpful with local suggestions. I got two complimentary drink tickets to the beach bar that's on property for my wait.

I checked in at 4pm, but my room wasn't available until 6pm. There were several other people who had similar wait times if not longer for rooms.

The hotel location was in the center of everything and the ocean view was fantastic
