Beautiful and scenic. We got engaged on the terrace over looking the entire resort which was perfect. The concierge had champagne waiting for us. Beach access was fabulous.
Pool and outside pool facilities could’ve been cleaner and kept up better. LOTS OF KIDS.

The staff was amazing.
Animal smell in the carpet, which caused sneezing all night until it was cleaned the next day. Pillows were too soft. One of the windows was dirty. No warm greeting message on the TV screen to be a resort. Also, I notified several people that this was our first time there and were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I was looking for something on the first day of our arrival; however, it arrived the next day in the evening, which was a birthday balloon, and happy birthday brownies with whipped cream. My husband ate and was sick. We checked out that next morning. I expected a resort experience. Instead, I got a 3-star hotel with a 4-star staff. Not so great as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Other than that, the grounds were great, and the staff was amazing. We ate out so I couldn't tell you how I liked the hotel's food.

Beautiful views, property, friendly staff
Guests were allowed to leave towels on chairs for several hours from when the pool opened very early in the morning to "save" them for when they feel like going to the pool. Went at 10, barely any chairs "available" but hardly any people there. So we sat in chairs with towels on them after asking people next to them if they had seen anyone at the chairs, only to be asked to move 2 hrs later when they showed up. Otherwise, this place is AMAZING

Did not have breakfast, none offered that we were aware of
first time visit I think everything was good. THE room was not as nice as some of the places we have stayed near by, and the room we were placed in faced the back of another building. We did get to move to another room, we would be open to staying again. When we stayed it was not peak season so I do not know what the rate would be or what it would be like during peak season.

The staff was very nice. The Room Service was great and I enjoyed the comfy beds. I loved the view from the room. I like that the Resort had restaurants and they were very good.
I didn't like the fact that I thought I was booking a balcony room with an ocean view and it wasn't a balcony. I was really disappointed with that and I paid for the balcony and didn't receive it.

Location, amenities, customer service, clean
The bed was too firm, too hard. Very uncomfortable, I could not get a good night's rest. I would like to suggest a pillow topper mattress pad would be a comfortable complement.

The property itself is always beautiful when we go there. It is well kept and clean, tidy. It is a big place so it is always a bit confusing but upon arrival, there was a man outside the entrance doors that helped guided people to where they needed to go, which I thought was excellent! He was very kind and helpful! The front desk personnel that signed me in was very knowledgeable and worked fast to get people moving.
The staff seemed a little cross whenever we called the front desk, which was only two times total. It wasn’t a courteous “How may I help you?” or anything like that. It felt like we were inconveniencing them.
