The hotel itself has a lovely pool, hot tube, and fireplace. The common facilities are great.
The room is really cramped and poorly ventilated. For the price point, it was quite disappointing.
10.0 / 10.0
It's a hotel built in 1935 with 25 rooms. The location is amazing with walking to downtown Palm springs. The room was very nice and the pool and grounds were small but cozy. A very relaxing and chill Palm Springs - if you're looking for something different than this isn't for you.
The pool area is nice - but I can imagine in the summer that there are not enough seats for all the guests at the hotel. Not sure there is a fix for this unfortunately.

close in proximity to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Friendly staff, quaint boutique hotel, lovely amenities.
loved it all!

Location, staff, cleanliness, amenities, and the style.
They advertised a poolside bar and grill. it was open a total of 3 hours on the 3 days we were there. We couldn’t even get our complementary glasses of champagne because no one else that worked there has a servers license.

A real continental breakfast instead of a breakfast bag would bring this place to the next level. We were stoked on the 24-hr pool and jacuzzi! We got the only standard room with a jacuzzi tub to fit two, which was also really really nice. The tub was huge. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast
10.0 / 10.0
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They had relaxing alarm with different modes which was a plus. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. For breakfast they said they had eggs and stuff but didn’t see any on site. But nonetheless they did have hot coffee and a candy bar. Also the staff was very friendly which I really do appreciate. Overall was very nice would stay again.
The down side would be they don’t have any trash cans in the room so you kinda have to place your trash aside. Also the fridge was a mini fridge couldn’t really hold much. They also didn’t mention about the deposit I thought everything was paid for. The other downside is they did have a list of food choices and things to do but they were quite expensive to say the least.

I loved this hotel! Comfortable, well appointed rooms, stylish decorations, quiet. The radio was even set to a ocean sound setting when I entered the room. It was a spa like atmosphere. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were great. There was also a public sauna. They had a small public snack area with hot chocolate, coffee and biscotti. Self serve lemon water by the pool which just happened to be near my room (110). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given an information sheet upon arrival. Last but not least it was a block’s walk from the central downtown shopping strip and awesome restaurants. For the money I paid, totally worth it and more.
Not much. I think my overhead room light didn’t work for about a day but then came back on. No problem, there were lamps too.

We have gone to this hotel 4-5 times now. Unfortunately this last time the beds wore so uncomfortable and old. Our backs ended up hurting the next day.. Still breakfast giving out in a sandwich bag ??? Hotel is clean and vine is zen .. Just a let down on the beds .. Felt like we splendid in a hammock..Huge let down
Property is nice minus the old dumpy bed.

The hotel was nice very kind staff except for Brian the bar tinder.
That we couldn’t bring our snacks to the pool you only offer guacamole and we didn’t get any of that.
8.0 / 10.0
The bed was very comfortable and the tub and separate shower were really cool. The pool was sparkling, of course, and we really appreciated the "water stations" at various points around the property -- it was very hot! The staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.
The a/c was a little noisy. It would have been nice to have a makeup mirror but I guess that's nit-picking. The breakfast pastries could use an upgrade but I guess with a pandemic pre-packaging is still the way to go.
7.0 / 10.0
The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I appreciated the small and quaint feel of the property.
The internet service was quite slow with spotty reception. In addition, they were not willing to store my luggage after checkout which was disappointing as my flight wasn’t for another 5 hours. Continental breakfast was sad due to COVID restrictions.
10.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and spacious. It looked out onto the street below and we could see how to dress for the weather based on how the people walking around were dressed.
We could hear cars on the street but it quickly quieted down later so we could sleep.
7.0 / 10.0
the location was great and the bed was super comfortable
the fireplace in our room made weird noises (gas fire) and some of the staff were off/ a little strange and creepy
9.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was adjusted for covid, but the snacks for the road and coffee were great.
I could have used a table by the fireplace to set my coffee
8.0 / 10.0
The staff was very friendly and helpful
Because of COVID there was no real continental breakfast, it was a bag with pre packaged ): items not appetizing at all
Room was clean and we had a suite with a bedroom and the living room area had a pull out couch bed
TV remote was in plastic (indicating that it had been cleaned and sanitized?) but there was something brown and sticky on the remote ??? Yuck 🤢
