It’s beautiful in the lobby it has a bar and restaurant and is close to our destination they also offer shuttle within the vicinity. Beds are comfy too!
I don’t necessarily like that there is only two front entrances not in the back where the majority of the parking is. Outside also seems a little sketchy with the trash and people that hang around the back. The bathrooms are small and the water pressure is horrible.

Not much
Water outage - to which guests were provided 4 whole bottles of water. For an 8 water shut off!
- parking lot was atrocious and smelled the whole area up with asphalt.
- none of this is mentioned on the website, so you all don’t give people the option of staying somewhere else.
- no one told me at check in that it would so chaotic. I would have chosen another hotel.
- I am applying for refund and sending corporate videos and an email about my experience there.

I wouldn’t come to this hotel again! The tub filled up with water, the water didn’t get hot hot. Then had then nerve to say the water wasn’t running from 10pm-5am. The hallways smelled bad! I just wouldn’t return

Very comfy beds. Clean bathrooms.
The lobby/inside of the hotel seemed as if they didn't utilize AC. It was uncomfortable walking from my room to outside, vice versa.
Sunday 11am checkout they only had one elevator running. Causing backups and delaying my checkout. I went to the front desk to complain, and they ended up turning another elevator on. Really?? Why do I have to request something like that. Also, the revolving doors were still off at 11 am even though it should've been on according to the sign posted. It caused more struggles when having to open doors with luggage.
Paid 15 a day upfront for hotel parking, tried the code repeatedly had to go back to the front desk. They were aware of the garage issue, and told me I had to park in a different parking lot that wasn't the hotels. It's literally a half mile walk. No refund was offered. The front desk should've told guests upfront about the garage issue.
No free breakfast options.

I liked how big it wasand i liked the balcony
I didn’t like how no cash could be used for anything, elevators kept breaking down and no directions for the stairs nor could you walk all the way down because the first floor had an emergency alarm on the door. Out of 3 elevators only one worked. Leaving everyone waiting for 20 minutes each time you wanted to leave. We had no complimentary items in our room and the room had old ear plugs and no trash bags in the cans. Breakfast cost 15$ per person per day and it wasn’t a buffet and the food was not good. Parking was 15$ per day as well so we had to park elsewhere because who wants to have to pay that? The staff were not very helpful and at times would cut me off from what i was saying without letting me finish what i had to say. It was all around a bad experience and i won’t be back.

The property was convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The room was nice not a spacious as I thought it was going to be, but it was still nice.
The parking was terrible although we were offered garage parking it was not convenient to get to really. Also her booking the deposit for the incidentals was $50 however, when I got there, we were told it was $100 per night because it was 420 weekend we were not given any notice. I did have to pay $100 for the weekend and I’m still waiting for my funds to get released it’s been almost a month.
When we did ask the staff to explain a little better as to why we weren’t given any type of notice they’re just like oh well it’s 420 oh well. I could see if I came to Denver that weekend to participate in that but I didn’t. I had other family events to participate in.

The staff was so bad and mean they charged me way more then the booking website had told me

Clean facilities and attentive staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room and overall found the location convenient and the rooms comfortable.
The snacks and drinks for sale were ridiculously overpriced. The "business center" is a single computer and printer. I wish room service was offered!

The bed was comfortable and room was spacious
When we first walked in the lobby had a smell and it was a constant urine smell. When we checked in there was someone at the counter with blue/green hair who was very unpleasant and rude. No housekeeping came to clean our room. Our balcony door did not open, our hair dryer did not work, the coffee machine did not work.

The room was fine at best. No cold water, sink & tub didnt drain at all, when we asked for it to be fixed it never did. The breakfast was decent, it was served like a restaurant style with menu and bar but the food itself was mediocre.
The laundry facilities were NASTY. my clothes came out dirtier than they went in. the hot tub was closed without mention. the pool was absolutely disgusting as well as the entire patio. no cushions on the seats, the walls and floors stained and deteriorating, and furniture falling apart. terrible amenities overall. the staff wasn’t informative and gave terrible instructions for their confusing parking set up. we were told the garage was sold out and never given a code. the hotel has like 30 spots and then the garage is attached on the opposite side of the building. to which we were trying to navigate at 11pm when all the spots filled after being given no code. The room came with two towels for two nights, no bags in the trash can, dead bugs and hairs pasted to the tub, and a nasty balcony that hasnt been cleaned since they opened. this whole place needs some serious updating. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. if youre going to charge these amounts, at least have the amenities listed.

I love the fact there is a balcony with a view of the mountains and downtown Denver. That is the reason I booked this hotel for a second year in a row.
There was an issue with bugs in our first room, I booked the room with a view but we got moved into a room with a "slight" view. Never got refunded for the room difference. Was told I would see that on my bill, I paid ahead so there was no credit credited back to me. Disappointed in that. Parking, hmmmm get there early or no parking to be found. There was a giant semi parked in back and didn't understand how people were going to get out of the spots without hitting the other cars. I would book this hotel again if they promise me that they have taken care of the bug issue.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.the size of the room was nice. I liked the convenience of more than one elevator working. The food at the bar for breakfast was good and the options of food was good too. The night lobby gentleman was so courteous and helpful.
The door to the balcony was difficult to open. The luggage cart had a broken wheel. The purple haired girl who is daytime lobby staff was rude and more interested in messaging on her phone and talking to her friend that came to see her than she was helping us.

the property was good. didn’t know I’m order to get room service it had to be requested
when I booked the room back in January I requested two queen beds. when we arrived I was told those were over sold and was given a room with a king. well i vacationed with my brother so we weren’t going to sleep in the same bed. so they brought us a cot and that was for two nights. I had to keep asking for a room with two queen beds then finally got it Friday evening. HOWEVER, NOT WHAT I PAID FOR !!!! very very uncomfortable sleep

Great view of the mountains, clean, and comfortable! Great for the price.
The parking is a little finicky and getting up to the hotel from the underground parking garage was weird with the elevators under construction.

Staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was also quiet and had a spacious, comfortable lobby. Perfectly suited our needs.
